Dear Themerex Team I’m enjoying your theme alot, its easy to work with and it has great customisability sadly i struggle with one problem: Using the site on mobile, after pressing the menu button and again to get back to the site, you can’t slide/scroll down. I wrote the support over a week ago but i haven’t got an answer and hope to find help here

Very important issue. I can’t save theme options. I try to click “save” but nothing happens. It’s also like this in “Fonts and colors”. It’s like the “save” button is not active. Very frustrating and I can’t change anything! :(

is there a RTL version?

I try to use the equal height for visual composer column. But it doesn’t work with this theme. How can i solve that ?

If I inspect the code i see the row haven’t the class ” vc_row-o-equal-height” but if i switch the theme to twenty Sixteen the row have this class…

I think the probleme is into: wp-content/themes/jacqueline/shortcodes/vc/vc_row.php

This comment is for anyone who has already purchased this theme. Is anyone else having trouble with it working? The demo data would not fully upload for me, the visual composer is not working even after the developer sent me a later version, the revolution slider is not working. I’m not aware of anything else that may or may not be working because I can’t get past these issues. I have submitted help 3 tickets and although the developer is responsive, their support is not helpful. I have pretty much reached the end of my rope with this theme and wasn’t sure if anyone else is having problems like this.

Yes, my support tickets did come back online. However, I am still going back and forth with your support team. Looking on here at comments from other purchasers I am not the only one having issue with using visual composer and revolution slider with your theme.
