We tried to log a ticket but ticksy seems to be down. We have identified an issue with the navigation drop downs. If you move your mouse slowly down the dropdowns (it does this on your demo too) the dropdown disappears before you can get to the last nav item.

Thank you for your interest in our theme! The sidebar can be enabled/disabled on any pages you need. This is done in admin, in Global options or in Post Options of single pages.

I get the following error on installing the theme: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=854527
Later on,when I tried to install the recommended plugins in order to install the dummy data, I get an error saying tried to allocate (random number)bytes,memory exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!!
I even tried installing the theme on localhost and still faced the same issue!

I wanted to purchase this theme for a banquet hall booking, where an interactive booking calendar shows current status of hall booking and users can book a hall for any available date by clicking on that date, fills the form & doing the payment. After that the date should show as booked/not available.
second, i wanted a list/grid of past, present & upcoming events.
Are these things possible with your theme?

Hello. The resources required for this theme are quite standard for this kind of themes. Most of them are used by plugins installed, so what we would recommend is to revise plugins list and deactivate, delete ones you do not use actively or the site can function without. Most of hosting providers allow more that standard quite standard for nowadays memory_limit value in 128M, thus if your one does not, probably there’s reason to consider another provider company. Or is your choice to use some ordinary WP theme with poor functionality?

I really need your support URGENTLY. Here’s the ticket number: Private Ticket #797336. Your support has been great but ess grid, visual composer component not working issues and color not changed issues have NOT been solved. The last support answer i got is to reinstall everything from scratch. Well, I spent a lot time doing the site already. Please help me to solve the problem not just ask me to -re-do everything.
P.s. I did install a brand new WP on another temp domain, but ess grid is still not working.
