Old customer. So out of support.
Just been brought to my notice that my site built with megatron has a gaping space under the homepage slider. There’s lots of unnecessary space between the slider and header text beneath it.
Any ideas on how I can get rid of it? I think the right css should do the trick.

This is so disappointing. This theme runs the equivalent of a car going 2 mph on the freeway. You have no idea how much your theme just ruined my day. There are so many other themes I could have purchased that work. Unneeded stress.

For some reason my title background (used to be a parallax image) disappeared. It used to work/display fine before. It just stopped and now displays the background color from css file (#000).
I’m out of support time but will leave it to you to help with ideas what to try. I’ve tried tweaking theme options settings, custom css etc.

Ok will send ticket, but hosted with a power hosting company and on a dedicated server that uses a CDN. so not a server issue since all my other sites load in 1-2 seconds and no issues with composer on them.

Thank you for your reply. My version of the theme is up to date. I only installed this last version. I’ve just downloaded the theme again to double check and the file single-product under megatron/woocommerce/single-product.php is not up to date (last time modified in Dec 2015). This is not a problem on my end. I’m just asking if and when will this be updated – since it’s a woocommerce based theme.

That file seams to be out of date on the WooCommerce “System Status” but as far as I know your theme is completely compatible with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. I’ve been searching for days now how to add this video header, I’ve asked support as well but nobody had yet time to answer. My work is stopped due to this. I would expect that there is a guide how to do the different homepage headers if they are advertised as different layout / feature options for the theme.
I can add a video elsewhere (below the header) but not in the header area. In that I can only change the header layout as if the search icon is on the left, logo in the middle etc. What I need is how to add the VIDEO HEADER.

I believe that what you call as “video header” in here http://themes.g5plus.net/megatron/main/home-video-02/, is not actually part of the header area, technically speaking. So, how do you do that? Your linked video is nice but it doesn’t touch the whole concept of adding a “video header”. Those things shown in the video I know.
If I add a background video, it will still make the “header-type of image with page title” on the top of it. If I switch a page title OFF for that page, the background video element will go hanging somewhere hidden on the top and behind of navigation element, misplaced.
I think I finally got it! I thought the default width is FULL-WIDTH in Theme Options since all the Page Title images went full-width by default already but now when I changed to Full-width instead of Default I got rid of the margins!
I thought to post it here that nobody else need to fight for days for the issue.
