A presales question. I see from your changelog that the theme ships with already outdated versions of the major plugins, including Visual Composer v 4.12 when the current version is v 5.0.
Do you plan to update these soon or should I buy individual licences? Do you plan to enable ‘automatic updates’?

Hi there, I’m working on a site using the Construction template option. It seems that some of the Visual Composer elements that are being used have been deprecated as they display the following message: “You are using outdated element, it is deprecated since version 4.6.” So far I’ve found out it affects the buttons and tabs. Both the theme and VC plugin are up-to-date. Please advise. Thanks

I have a presales question for your online tools/supplies demo.
I need 30+ product categories. I intend to add css “overflow-y:scroll;” to the drop down menu beside rev slider on the front page.
On the front page, there is no main navigation menu. But I found the main menu on other pages which is not the conventional ones but instead displaying the drop down menu found in front page besides the rev slider.
However, I would like to have a main menu for all product pages different from the drop down menu because I think it will look ugly having 30+ categories as a menu.
Will it be possible?

I have purchased the theme installed on a development server and when done migrated to production. I have deactivated the visual composer on dev but regardless the new site will not fire the visual. When I click on Visual composer ver 4.12 license it suggests that I purchase one, but I did – yet no way to post the license.
Went to the site support, only forum available and no way to post there, I tried. What’s next? refund? purchase again? really annoying experience with this theme!!! any chance of support from this theme or way to place a complaint?

We have bought the Spectrum theme for WordPress on May 2nd, 2016, and we have a major problem. As a company we want to implement a web shop in our website with Woo Commerce. Unfortunately, the product list is scrambled and we can’t display our products properly. The product grid shows an alignment of a 1-2-1-2 products. While we want at least an alignment of 2-2-2-2 or even 3-3-3-3 products.
We tried lots of options but all those options don’t work the way we want to. Hopefully you can fix the major problem we have so we can proceed developing the web shop.

This is simple: it’s just a standard HTML link, like http:// and mailto: the prefix is “tel:” for instance 123 456 7890
