HI,
I’m planning on starting on an online e-Commerce business and saw how highly rated your theme is. Your $60 is a bit more than other themes on the market but given how well-reviewed it was, i’m willing to go for it
.
My problem is that i was about to purchase it, but then i saw the Regular versus Extended license issue.. so now i’m confused… can you help me in anyway?

Actually almost all eCommerce themes are $60 or some even higher, some are at $59. Any you see below that are only specifically on sale for a short time.
You would only need the regular license for a normal eCommerce website, the extended license is only for very specific cases.

Also, Avada just had a Cyber Monday sale, although it is over. Some other authors decided to continue their sale.
However I will say this, no other theme is like Avada, which is why we have been #1 for 4+ years in a row. Yes to add to that, we just had the biggest sale of the year for Cyber Monday. Avada was largely dropped ni price which resulted in nearly 1400 sales in one day. We are unsure if a holiday sale will be coming.

We do sales at certain times of the year, it is obviously not something we can continue to do on a regular basis because regardless of the price you see, Envato takes a buyer fee and an author fee out of it, that amount stays the same, so large sales can be a profit loss, but we do them for our user base when we can because we love our users

All of our demos except the Classic demo was made directly from our theme options and shortcodes so there are no PSDs available for them, you will however find the PSDs for classic theme inside the complete Avada folder inside your themeforest download.

I come from Denmark and would like to translate the Avada Theme into Danish. Is that possible without installing a plugin or .mo/.po files? Can I do it directly from The Fusion Theme? Or can I do it in a third way?

Translating our theme to Danish or any other language is really easy actually, we have complete documentation for it and no 3rd party plugin is required however some hard coded strings will need to be translated inside the Avada.po files but we have already translated files that you can find inside your complete Avada package too, some strings will still be missing from there but its really easy to translate them.

Since the Tabs element using JS to open new tab content, you can’t use a link with a certain URL to open a tab at this time in Avada.
You can use a Menu Anchor element to link to the beginning of your Tabs element though. We have more information on that topic here > https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/anchor-scrolling/

Hi There. I would need your help with an issue. If you go to my website: http://9point9group.com/ and schroll down till the end you will notice that one of the section where is my newsletter form is not going under de menu witch suposed to be sticky. The newsletter form goes over(on top) of my menu. Can you help me to fix this issue. The “Sticky Header” option from theme option is checked but is not working with this widget. Thank you!

There is an option available in the map shortcode as well as theme options > Google Maps where you can place the JPG url for your image : http://prntscr.com/dee8nu
Also you need to make sure that you are setting map styling to Custom.

We do use WordPress default gallery shortcode for all our gallery requirement, however we also have a featured in our Image frame from which you can create any layout of gallery you want, you can check this out here : https://avada.theme-fusion.com/photography/portfolio-items/lifestyle/

Very nice update with the new Fusion Builder. Our entire site is ruined and it will take months to restore the old short codes into the new ones. If there is any quick fix to this , now is the time to let me know.

Sorry to read your sarcasm, but we assure you the update is solid, more than half of our userbase is on 5.0+.
I promise your site is not ruined and our team can help.
From what it sounds like, you did not undergo migration. Go to theme options > system status and rerun migration for 5.0.
It could also be due to a corrupt update, meaning not all files are there, or from server cache or other things. Either way, if the issue persists, please submit a ticket so our team can sort it out for you.
I just checked your support account on our site and your support is valid: http://d.pr/i/gXp5 ... even though it says invalid here on Themeforest. That would be because we grandfathered in users before September 1st when the new support policy came out, which you can read about here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/
So if the manual migration button does not work, simply go to our support site, login and submit a ticket for us here: http://theme-fusion.com/support-ticket/
