Hi! I migrated my Blog www.dialogpur.com from Grimag Theme to Truemag. Great theme again! Now I need to deactivate the article counting on category-pages. see this example: http://www.dialogpur.com/category/technologie/ because the “0” on parents category pages is confusing. I already found ”$st_[‘category’]->count . ” in archive.php but deactivating this does not work.
Can you tell me how to deactivate this article counting?

Hi Michael, instead of messing with php for such a small change just go to “Theme Panel->Style->Custom” and add this line:
.archive.category .title-sub { display: none }

This support form is only offered in English. The theme is translation ready and includes these translations out of the box:
- English - Greek - Spanish - French - Norwegian - Portuguese - Russian - Ukrainian
Not Turkish though, but we provide po mo files to be translated to any language.

I am waiting for your reply on sticky-post, that I sent you email. I enable the my blog www.dbrnd.com and found lots of redirect url in website speed test by GTmetrix, something like https://d5nxst8fruw4z.cloudfront.net/atrk.gif. https://d31qbv1cthcecs.cloudfront.net/atrk.js what is this? this is taking more time and currently my blog is only loading…. I also found that currently, Your template is also loading…. Please help on this as soon as because unnecessary redirects are reducing loading time of URL. Thank you.

I sent you a couple of emails on issue of Sticky post, which is showing in both header area + blogroll area. Purchased your theme because I like that feature, but now for me, it is duplicate arrangement so I disable. Please help me on this, I am waiting for your reply and I also shared a screenshot of that.

Yes, I checked your email and as you said it is because of cache option. But I disable cache option of your theme + one external cache option as well. Still, I am getting a sticky post in the blogroll. Other changes are reflecting immediately. I don’t know what to do now. Let me check last time tonight otherwise, I will raise a request for a refund because I don’t want to run my blog without header gallery or sticky posts. Please kindly cooperate on this. You can also suggest another theme from your company which similar to TrueMag. Thank you…
Currently, I am facing server side caching issue. What I did is, yesterday night I removed Truemag and reload my old theme. I checked in fresh browsers and it is still showing home page Truemag.
I delete all cache folder from bluehost cpanel, disable uninstall caching related plugins, delete Truemag related all files, but still it is showing few old urls which are not part of my cpanel.
Yesterday night, I spent 6 hours to resolve this , also coordinated with BLUEHOST helpdesk and they added few cache flush code in .htaccess file. After that my site is working in IE Brower, but still facing problem inChrome and other browsers.
Now, really I am facing lots of issue. I don’t know why this is happening. It may be because your theme comes with default caching option or don’t know. I am individual and database technology professional, I am alone and putting all my efforts to resolve my server side caching issue.
I will check your suggested theme later, currently My URL is not working and it is decreasing my credibility. As of now, I can say this is my bad luck and I am waiting for my refund.

Luis also supported me a lot and helped me on this issue. I am very thankful for StrictThemes support. Currently, My blog is running with the old theme. I raised the refund request because was facing the sticky post related issue, but let me check one more time with Luis. This time, I will try to create staging site and will test there. I hope for the best. And one more thing, Yet, I am not sure why I faced that server caching issue that also needs to investigate. Heads up to the developers of this theme and anyone using it. My security scanner just found SPAM linking to a Russian site in my theme’s ‘what’s new’ file (/wp-content/plugins/stkit/whats_new.php). A snippet of the text without the included URL reads as follows: “Do you provide a coaching or consulting services? Do you need a unique brand positioning and a strong market presence? Do you want to attract more clients and get you on track to great sales? You are in the right place. Expand your own coaching practice to the next level with GURU WordPress theme.” I’ve deleted the file for now but I’m guessing there’s a security issue here…

Hello, I’m currently having issues with adding Pages, Posts, Categories, etc. to the Menu Structure. It worked like a charm initially, however now when I click on the “Add to Menu” button all I see is the spinning ball.

Hi, I can see your are using JavaScript code inside the text-widget. Delete it from there. Go to “Theme panel->miscellaneous->AdSense” http://take.ms/uIb1b enable it, put your ID and save. Then use ST AdSense widget.

Hello, I use a plugin to filter my product (woocommerce) with Ajax. When I use a filter there is a bug, the sidebar is not charge correctly. I need refresh the page to get the full sidebar.

Hi, we register the sidebars in “Truemag/framework/functions/register-sidebars.php”. We are currently not assigning an id so that’s why the plugin doesn’t work as expected.

Well, me again. I don’t know whats wrong about my site. It just keeps reseting itself. Like today, my right sidebars are literaly gone for like 5-6 times already. Main page stays but footer bars and sidebars are always going back to the source. I’m gonna reset my theme 1 more time, but honestly this kinda problem keeps happening. Its really pissing me of because when u pay 70 dollars for something, you dont want to have this kind of bs problems…

Hello there. I’ve been using True mag theme for 10-15 days but there’s a problem that keeps happening. The theme resets itself regularly. I’ve tried to find the solution but with my abilities i’m afraid this problem cant be solved just by myself. For example yesterday there are several sidebars on my web site main page but today, sidebars are gone and there’s only last posts remain. Want to know if there’s a solution, thanks.
Hi, that sounds really weird actually. I see no reason why that reset should have anything to do with the theme.
There are a couple of things to try before doing anything else:
1. Deactivate the theme and/or delete it, let’s see if the problem persists.
2. Start clean, delete every single file from WordPress installation and the theme. Clean the database also, get rid of everything. Then install WordPress again, create some posts and pages and let it stay for a while. Let’s see if it resets. If it doesn’t then install the theme and wait again.
First of all we have to find where is the problem coming, either if it’s WordPress itself or the theme. Then we will take it from there.
