I checked your site and there doesn’t appear to be anything strange with your responsive header menu. However, if this is going into responsive mode too soon for you, you can make changes to the breakpoints in the theme’s responsive settings.

Our dev team has been working with the nightly WP 4.7 builds for weeks and checking each item. So far all is well. There is a change where get_blog_details() going to be replaced with get_site() in 4.7, but our dev team is aware of that and will be making the needed changes.
So far, there doesn’t appear to be any issue.
As always, we recommend that you do updates on a staging site before updating your live site and always take a full site backup before any updates.

Good morning I comeprato this issue a few years ago but I’ve never used. Today I decided to install it, I inserted the Purchase Code but invalid. Because? I have not installed on other sites and I’ve never used the activation key. Could you give me an explanation? That is, I bought a theme and I can not use it?
I settled with the ’’ token code ’’. But what will change the use of the token code to the purchase code?

Hello, Why I have two licenses. The support is just expired but why I can’t view my account in support center? I had to check some info from tickets answered previously.

Please go to My Account tab and there you will see an option to enter your Purchase code, putting them in should give you access to the forums however do note that we do not provide support there anymore but only via tickets now.

I want to insert a leaderboard ad (728×90px) between the header and the slider if using the #3 header. Or using the #4 and #6 next to the logo, removing the elements like search box. How can I do so?

There’s not currently a content area there where you can add this through options. However, if you’re familiar with PHP / WordPress development at all, you can do this relatively easily with Avada hooks.

For example, if you wanted the add to come right after the header, you would use avada_after_header_wrapper
You’ll want to add your code to a child theme. You can read more about that here > http://bit.ly/1J9BW7n

Thank you for your quick response. I have an ads plugin integrated to avada, and it works with shorcodes. I did what you said, insert the div before the header with the help of avada hooks, and it work with images. But I inserted a shortcode and it didn´t work. How can I use hooks or filters to render a shortcode? – Mauricio S.

To have a shortcode “fire” in WordPress when it’s added through PHP, you’ll need to use do_shortcode().

Pre-sales question here. I was to buy avada to build a site that has a static landing page that requires user to signup/login to access other parts of the site. Will that be possible or will I require the use of third party plugin?

Thank you for your question. You can create a login form through Avada’s page builder without any outside functionality. However, Avada doesn’t have privacy settings outside of the default WP privacy settings. So as it is now, you would want to install a plugin to handle the membership / page restriction aspect of a site like that.
