Hi guys! Really need help since I can´t register the Avada Theme for a customer. I have the right purchase key and it´s an older version of Avada so I try to put in the API key but when I try to update it just says: Something went wrong. Who can I contact and what should I do?

Can you please try and create a new API key and then try to register, please do make sure that if you are on an older version of theme that is 4.x or below you will need to use this method to register : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/register-purchase-avada-version-4-0-3-lower/

I like your Lifestyle theme and I want to use it for my existing art blog. Quick Questions: 1) Can I increase the width of post content? I want the image a bit wider. This theme is only showing 798px wide (scaled).
2) My existing blog posts start with text then images. Can I disable the feature image showing automatically on top of the post/article?

I have the latest version of Wordpress and Avada. When you scroll down the list of a drop down menu, and then move your mouse to another top menu item, the drop down menu (that you were previously on) doesn’t go away.. This should never happen at all and definitely looks like a 3rd party plugin JS issue, i want you to please disable all your plugins 1 by 1 and see if that solves the issue for you. However if it persist please do open a new ticket and we will look into this as soon as possible.

I love Avada and will stick by it, but in the last couple of weeks I have submitted two separate support tickets and had no response from either. It used to be great support. I bought a second licence partly based on the great support I previously had. What’s happening guys?

I believe your tickets didn’t go thru at all since we never take a week to reply, our response time is max 12 to 24 hours depending on the number of queries we have for a day, I checked on your username and these are all the tickets we have received from your end : http://prntscr.com/dgsd5x
Last one is a month old and all of them have been replied, can you please double check and let us know the ticket # you received with each ticket, there is an auto reply you must receive on successful submission of ticket.
Or you can send us the ticket again please and make sure that its submitted properly, you should get our automated email about the ticket # on submission.

Hi Ammar, I just submitted a 3rd ticket 15 minutes ago and no ticket number has been received. The same thing happened with the two previous submissions. I don’t understand why this is suddenly happening when I have had no problems submitting a ticket before.

The default WooCommerce single product page comes from a template file which controls the main layout of the content. That is how it’s done in WooCommerce by default. We have added the option to use the builder for the content editor of the WooCommerce products page since Avada 5 and the new builder.

Hello, is there a way to disable the font styling from the theme? I’m using rev slider and the font size I’m setting from it is not applied because the theme font styles are overriding it.

The Disabling the Avada Styles For Revolution Slider feature will remove custom styling done through Avada to the Revolution Sliders. If you have other styling that you’re not wanting, it’s possibly from another source.

Is there a reaason why not even in version 5.0 Avada does not feature the possibility to display in the Recent Posts element individual posts selected by IDs or other posts selected by tag, or product category?
Suppose you want to make a series of landing page to display just some special products or posts of your choice. If I am not wrong, you have to do it by hand, or…?

As far as posts by ID, we don’t currently have that option. If that is a feature you would like to see added to Avada, you can send your feedback to our feature team here > support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed.

If you are updating from a version older than Avada 5.0 and for some reason the conversion has not run and leaves shortcodes littered in the page content, a 3rd party plugin may be causing the issue so I want you to rerun the migration again, so please follow these steps
1 – Make a full backup of the site, database and files
2 – Go to the WordPress Dashboard plugin page and deactivate all of your 3rd party plugins, leave the Avada plugins active – Fusion Builder, Fusion Core and the included sliders
3 – Go to the Avada System Status page – http://d.pr/i/PnWk – and then trigger the migration manually
Once done you can reactivate your plugins and you will be good to go

Oh very bad comments about fusion page builder updates you have in here! Guys, I have Avada 3.8.8 and since yesterday fusion page builder doesn’t wok (I just do not see it, it’s gone) and moreover – i can not see lots of things at the dashboard and so on. What is the reason ?

I am not sure what you are talking about, i do not see any bad comments about our new Fusion Builder at all infact our customers are in love with the new builder, however you are on a very older version 3.8.8 and our latest version is 5.0.5 so can you please update to our latest version.

New wordpress 4.7.1 is coming is it safe update?

Our dev team has been working with the nightly WP 4.7 builds for weeks and checking each item. So far all is well. There is a change where get_blog_details() going to be replaced with get_site() in 4.7, but our dev team is aware of that and will be making the needed changes.
So far, there doesn’t appear to be an issue.
As always, we recommend that you do updates on a staging site before updating your live site and always take a full site backup before any updates.
