Good day, I’m considering an extended license at $3,500 but there are a few things missing such as front-end editing. Is this something that you plan to incorporate in the future?

The front-end editing discussion is in the roadmap, because we are not satisfied with current level of front-end editing in other WP themes and if we implement it, we want to make it really unique, stunning and at least with same user-friendly level, as our Fresh Builder is having.

Yes, of course, in Ark is like 15 different types of sliders, which will serve all your needs (custom slider, carousel, blog slider, portfolio slider, image slider etc). Image carousel slider as well, and you can insert anything into this slider, not only images.
Ark is so features heavy, that sometimes is really hard to present all the things you can do with the Ark. That is also the reason of our introduction price. Instead of marketing budget, you can try The Ark by yourself and let us amaze you

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is the first time we are hearing about this after 6.000+ hours of development/testing, but rest assured we take all feedback very seriously, so we will make a darker green option that you will be able to simply turn on in Theme Options. If everything goes well, it will be in today’s update. You might also want to check the settings on your display, it’s likely that you have over saturated colors. TVs usually come over saturated from factory so if you have a TV instead of a computer monitor that might be it too.

its ok for me now i manage it throw myphp fail from the host … this was my first time coding i took 7 hrs to find it bcz it wasn’t anywhere in the theme css.

i have weak eyes for bright colors … i swear the first think come in my mind when sow this theme before i buy it ( did this developer was looking at this color the whole time while making this theme ?
anyways im resetting my wp and php files also bcz i have changed so my things also by mistake along the way in that 7 hrs coding journey
ahhaah u were right .. there was an option box screen display intelligence mode i switch it off now i can see 2 green colors in background and menu before i could only see one bright color

In half an hour, you will be able to one-click update Ark in your WordPress admin. Among the new features is the ability to mute the green color via “Theme Options > Skins > Muted UI colors” checkbox. The difference in color is small (for now) so if you would feel like you need it even more toned down, let us know via our profile page contact form and we can chat about it in more detail.

Hi there. What happens with Builder generated content if i decide to switch to another theme sometime in the future? Does it show up as a bunch of shortcodes then (like VC stuff) or can i use them without problems?

Yes, the content is saved in shortcodes. Processing of the shortcodes is located in “Ark Core” plugin. So if you keep this plugin active, you will see your content in other themes as well, so your hands are not tied

Does the HTML 5 video background work on mobile devices? I tried to view it on my phone but it isn’t showing.
Also for the google map section, is it possible to prevent it from zooming in while scrolling down the page?

1) Video backgrounds are disabled for mobile devices by default because they tend to be very bandwidth heavy (mobile internet is usually expensive) and they are not very smooth on cheaper mobile devices with lower tech specs.
2) This is a great suggestion! At the moment, you can disable all map interactions but we will implement an option to disable only the mousewheel interaction next week, I have already added it on our roadmap.

We just released 1.0.2 update which contains new awesome demo and lots of new functionalities. We also enhanced the Map element pretty strongly with these features:
1.) Option to disable scroll zoom 2.) Option to disable double click zoom 3.) Option to disable dragging the map 4.) Option to disable map UI elements
All of these things are of course backwards compatible.

Freshface has raised the bar for Wordpress theme design to a whole new level with the Ark and the included builder. I spent quality time looking through the demos and was very impressed with the extensive set of features, possibilities and ease of use. I am very concerned that with this product, Freshface may end up running other WP theme developers out of business if they don’t step up their game…seriously, I have never been this excited at a wordpress theme/builder. My advise to a anyone looking to build a unique wordpress site, grab the theme while the introductory price lasts! Even though, I got complimentary pre-launch licenses, I have purchased 3 new licenses directly from themeforest to keep in my arsenal for future projects.
After seeing the demos, I proceeded to install and experiment with the builder and I must confess, while there is still room for improvement, there is so much you can do with the builder. You can customize nearly every piece of content, component, and layout with minimal effort. The possibilities and simplicity are limitless. I am sure there may be hit and misses along the way as is common with the launch of any new product, however, it appears the developer is very committed to improving and fixing things as they pop up, so I think those issues will be iron out with time.

Haha, we like your spirit, thank you Unfortunately this problem is with Envato servers or the network pipeline between your computer and Envato server, so there is nothing we can do. We recommend trying to re-download the files a little later, in half an hour or so. We also didn’t receive any more mentions about this from other customers yet.

In your WordPress admin, go to Ark > Sitemap. Then select “WooCommerce Archive” from the left menu. After that you will see the Fresh Builder interface where you can customize the WooCommerce archive/category view.

I’m not sure, if we have the same terminology. But there is of course “Woo Commerce” element, directly in the Fresh Builder, which allows you to print an WooCommerce products (1 or many, depending on you) and fully customize the look of the product (add to cart button, title, content etc..) by drag&drop functionality. This element can be inserted anywhere (in sliders or footer for example).
Also trough our Sitemap, you can style your WooCommerce Product Archives.
We have already seen plenty of Ark WooCommerce websites, running everything smoothly, so if you struggle with anything, just open a support ticket at the forum and we will try help you and push you to the right direction

This is unusual, I looked at ConvertKit description and it should work out of the box. Anyway I’ll inspect this more closely and make sure it works smoothly.

Visited the forum and couldn’t add my license key, couldn’t find posts about the Fresh Builder and when I found a post about Ark the forum wouldn’t let me visualize it because “There is no purchase of this product associated with your account. Please add license key.” Please notify me after solving this problems.

I’m interested by the builder universal concept but…
1) Do you plan to add much more special fx (transitions & behaviors) because it seems pretty basic design so far (not impressed) 2) Do you have a SPAM protection because it seems e-mails, phones could be easily captured by robots in contact forms 3) Do you plan to add a more intuitive webdesigner mode (drag/drop and pixel perfect approach) with rulers, guides and grids and such things ? 4) Are we able to specify the interval / borders space between containers? (none, 1px,...) ?

1.) Every builder Element and any of its inner parts have the option to add one of the 50+ reveal animations (It’s directly in the “Box Model” tab).
2.) Of course, our contact forms are 100% bullet proof, all important data is encoded with cryptography cipher, so you are safe Also you can use our “Captcha” builder element, which implements google re-captcha, strongest captcha available.
3.) Actually it one of the best builders on the market (if not the best), when comes to pixel-perfect approach, because you have so many options. In Ark, you can create your own grid.

At the moment, our priority is to get Ark out there to as many people as possible. We strongly believe in the product and the most effective way of getting more people on board is by simply lowering the price. Our core business (in the future) will be based on selling multiple licenses, mostly to people who do client work and want to use the same theme for everything – because you can really create almost any kind of website on Ark.
Contrary to popular belief, price has little to do with quality in some cases, as one slowly finds out in the course of their life. Side note, did you know that Microsoft donates Windows licenses to schools all over the world to grow a new generation of Windows users? That’s a great long term plan for the future of their business. But unlike Microsoft, we are trying to be open with you – the price is low to get you on board faster, it’s that simple.
