It is a strange thing because sometimes it works, other times it plays for not even a second then goes black and other times its already black when it first loads. This is usually in Chrome. I have just been testing with IE and didnt seem to have a problem. But i have just tried 3 machines here with Chrome and all suffered similar issues.

Please, note that on demo is not updated WP version, and our theme is not updated to the latest version, too. We just checked this locally and video is playing well on Chrome. So, there should be no problems using video in Select Slider.

We cannot see any Layer slider on your page, just shortcode for it. Thanks for your reply! I had to deactivate Layer Slider which is why you were only seeing it as a shortcode. I have reactivated it now to show you the blank page problem. I have just noticed a warning message from Layer slider in my Dashboard which explains the issue:

Please, note that we implemented function that makes logo image double smaller then original image size to insure good quality on retina devices. So, just upload image double bigger than the size you want to see in frontend. For example we are using images in these dimensions 232×200

1) Since we are not sure what is on these image files you mentioning, here you could send only some uploaded image, you cannot attach images. However, you could add single images on any page using VC, that is main page builder we are using. So, there is Single image element you could use.

2) Our theme is really customizable, we added plenty of options to insure high level of customization for our user. When it comes to menu, there are lot of options in our Select Options > Header and Footer as you could see from here http://screencast.com/t/r4BXL0mYn

It could be you’ve lately updated core WordPress to version 4.5+ and there is conflict with jQuery in older versions of VC. All you should do in order to fix this is to update our theme and VC to latest versions.
