I installed a BRAND NEW WORDPRESS and tried to install your demo data right from the theme. It crashes everytime with a 504 error. My hosting company says it’s your data sending to the wordpress. Using the newest Flatastic 1.5.9 and following those instructions only VC 4.12.1 is only available NOT 5.0… also Screets chat is out of date they are up to 2.6… 
Need to update your repository… Would be so much better if you included plugins in theme download so can people just FTP update them themselves if they want…
Deleting a plugin just to reinstall update is bad practice because you lose all saved settings of the plugin… The WordPress plugin updater can do it without deleting if coding is correct…
