We have purchased theme ‘wordpress ananke’ theme and installed the same. We are facing below issues on the theme. Please check and let us know if we miss anything.

1. Issue in using font awesome We are trying to use font awesome in visual editor. While saving visual editor the font get updated. But the fonts are gone while we save the page. Please check and let us know or guide us to use font awesome in editor.

2. Issue in displaying portfolio. The portfolios we have created are not displaying in frontend. But the porftfolio in demo data are displaying. Please check and let us know if we miss anything.

I purchased the Ananke Theme a few days ok. I am unable to edit the OT plugin content and sideways slideshow and gallery. I’m trying to edit with Visual Composer, but I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. (See screen video: https://vimeo.com/193293055) Help! Thanks – Steve

We have purchased your theme and doing configuration. So far its good expect one issue we are facing. That is we are not able to use font awesome icons in any of the visual editor components. When i update in a element and save, i can see the font awesome font is applying. But when i save the page, all the font awesome fonts are gone. For example, if i update a font awesome code in text editor, it shows the font when i save the element and the font is gone when i save the page. Please check and let us know the issue or the changes if need to do.

Hello, I have two little problem with Dark theme installed. First the name Ananke (beside menu) I’m not able anywhere to change it (logo ? Text ?)

Also, tried to go in Style section to put in Red, so we should see (as we see in your video for green) menu selected in red etc… Nothing appear,every thing is grey (even before I changed and default color was orange http://timelapse-services.com/timelapse-servicescom/

I built the ananke theme up at http://hedback.us/ and it works well

I copied the files and database to http://site2567.verityhosting.com yesterday and for some reason the PORTFOLIO IMAGES labeled as “Projects” do not show any images…I checked everything in the admin area. Nothing seems different between the two sites.

Any Ideas? ANY help is greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to improve my seo scores and one of the problems that I am facing is with the alt tab of the post and portfolio display pictures. I notice that the theme is creating a new archive of the main photo of the post inside the bfi_thumb, but it doesn’t generate the alt tab that was previously set. how can I use the code in the image bellow to fix it? Or what changes can I do in the theme .php files in order to the pictures created by the theme inside the bit_thumb have the alt tab?

I installed WPML plugin (last version) and I’ve translated the website to english (first spanish) with Ananke theme. I use OT SlideShow plugin in “Our Services” section on my Website, and when I try to advance the slides fail (in spanish page version works fine).

I tried to desactivate all the plugins and no way, same result.
