Hello, I;m having problem using The fox child theme, on woocomerce the cart on the upper right does not update at first when ordered items. I encountered this problem on developer chrome console:
“Uncaught TypeError: a(...).fadeTo(...).block is not a function at Object.success (add-to-cart.min.js?ver=2.6.7:4)”

I keep getting an error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/11/9119911/html/fox/wp-content/themes/thefox/functions/rd_theme_functions/rd-custom-excerpt.php on line 71
And then when it says it failed it says, ” Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”
with no options or buttons.
I’ve tried updating Php, and wordpress, even visual composer and FTP manual installation and still get this error.

Also , you Skill Bar Style 07 publishes the values inside the bars but does not look good on colored backgrounds , somehow the text is populated from outside the bar and is visible , is there a way to fix it ?

Hi tranmautritam, the demo import does not import images correctly for the business demo. Once you import successfully, all of the images are referring to businessdummy.wpengine.com and that site either doesn’t exist or doesn’t have the images on it so the demo page just has a bunch of empty slots where images would be.
I also checked to see if the images imported into the content folder and they did not. Is there a way to get the demo images so that the demo content is complete?

I’m afraid that you’re incorrect. The ticksy support forum is throwing the same error. All I am trying to do is get help with the product that we purchased from you and not only does the product’s demo content not work, but your support forum does not work either and you’re insisting on managing support via that forum.
Please provide a way that we can talk with your support that actually does work.

First for the images included in our demo they are replaced with placeholder images because of the copyrights.
Except the demo images problem did you succeed to import the demo correctly?

I’ve noticed that since the upgrade I cannot use the text editor properly in Visual Composer. 1. The text color in the editor is white, so it’s not visible to the person editing and 2. the visual tab is not working.

Did you updated the theme and the visual composer?
Are you any custom plugins?
Try to update all the plugins and deactivate the custom plugins you are using to see if that fixes the problem.
We currently don’t have any bug report with the current theme version.
