HI, I love your theme. I’m looking for a new theme to replace my old unresponsive one. I see that you have a Youtube video fullscreen background landing page, but it isn’ t clear if it has audio and if it’s an unlimited gallery. I’d like for the landing page to be a fullscreen youtube video that goes to the next video in the gallery once that is played. Please let me know if I can do this with your theme and if the videos are audible. Thanks.
Background audio is optional (is a checkbox in the page settings) and you can also create unlimited mixed galleries of videos and pictures.
Hi Do theme provide bulk upload of media files? We are having about 10K music files in about 200 albums/artists. can you please advise how can we import when using this theme? FYI: we can get xml or other file format if required from current[non wp] site.
Hello! No doesn’t have such functions. But you can import releases from Beatport and Soundcloud. This requires to access via API key which you must request separately to Beatport and Soundcloud and we can’t be responsible for the time they take to provide you access. Usually is 24 hours but it happens to be also 3 weeks sometimes.

Hello! 1, 2 and 3 the answer is NO but are good ideas maybe we will work on them (no promises thou). But you may check for plugins to achieve those results. 4. The theme works with Releases which are Music album, featuring list of songs and functions like Buy link.

I’m sorry can’t provide a full tech description of the product, and I don’t know which plugins you should use. You can buy the product and test it. Consider all the music player implementation is not a plugin so you need to reverse engineer all the code to do what you want, and is not easy (you need a developer)
Hi, I’m thinking of purchasing this theme, however, I only currently need it as a podcast focused theme. Is it possible to configure the website without the ‘music side of things’ and have a storefront for books etc? Any examples of this? I certainly find the music side of things and soundtrack/album purchasing very attractive as a later addition, but at the start I need it podcast/blog focused. Thanks
Hi! Well, you have many options. You can use the main podcast post type and make a homepage based on podcasts, but there are no Woocommerce modules for home. You can anyway use the default woocommerce shortcodes with a normal Text module.
I’d anyway suggest to check our newer Sonik theme which is more easy to fit your needs and with many more options.

Hello! Never tested buddypress eprsonally but some customers uses it. You may need (maybe) to disable ajax page load for buddypress.

Hello! 1) You can’t filter posts in the news modules. To do so, you have to customize the module template file
module-news_carousel_scroll.php
and edit the post query which is this: $args = array( ‘numberposts’ => ‘3’,’post_type’ => ‘post’, ‘post_status’ => ‘publish’,’suppress_filters’ => false );
But this is hard code customization so you have to check the codex and do it yourself, detailed infos are here:

1) No non ci sono funzioni del genere, il tema riguarda più la visualizzazione di contenuti, queste funzioni sono parte del territorio dei plugins. Penso che tu possa usare plugins come buddypress e “User Role Editor” ma ti serve poi un po di lavoro per settare i campi custom in frontend. Servirebbe la mano di uno sviluppatore forse.
2) Buddypress non è stato testato da noi, ma ci sono clienti che lo usano con il loro tema. Probabilmente richiede un po’ di personalizzazione CSS.

1) nascondere o rimuovere i tasti: non c’è l’opzione di defalut perchè il tema è praticamente costruito sul music player, che è la caratteristica primaria dell’esperienza con Vice. Ma con del CSS è possibile nasconderli.

2) Il player della radio non si blocca, il sito usa ajax quindi la musica continua cambiando pagina.

4) Eventi: attualmente non c’è un modulo alternativo alla mappa, ma se acquisti il tema posso aggiungerlo in 2 giorni, perchè lo hanno chiesto già un paio di altri clienti quindi vale la pena di svilupparlo.

Hi! Images are not part of the product as are licensed to us. Vice is not fully compatible with visual composer as some elements are not compatible with ajax loading (carousels, post grids and such).
Installation not included, support is included if you purchase it with the theme. Thanks!

Hello! We don’t sell the pictures as are licensed to us, most are from shutterstock, fotolia or free from unsplash.com. Many pictures are from artists we know and we can’t give them away.
For the installation, unfortunately we don’t have the time to provide that service, but on Envato Studio you can find people who perform installation and setup for about 100€ more or less, depending on what you need to achieve.
I’ve added an extra module with Simple Slider for mobile only, but the image doesn’t stretch to a mobile phones screen. With revolution slider the image fits side to side but leaves blank space top and bottom. Please advice
Hi! For a better responsive result you can create the slider with Revolution Slider which is bundled with theme, then create a revolution slider module and put the slider ID in the module’s parameter. Thanks!
I cant get it right with revolution slider. Need a 1600×900 image to fit on ipad, and fill on iphone. Right now I see the full image fixed to the sides on mobile, while ipad seems ok. Can you advise?
Hi! You need to set the revolution slider as “full screen” in the general slider settings, then put the image as background of the slide, it will be always cropped vertically or horizontally to fit the size. Of course if the screens change size, the picture needs to be cropped somewhere. By the way we can’t provide support for this plugin as is provided with bundle license. We provide support only for our theme and plugins, to have rev slider support, you need to purchase a Personal License.
But my suggestion is, try to download from their site a free template which you like (fullscreen) and then customize the contents.

Actually this part is the same for all our themes.
You just need to be sure your stream is mp3 and not AAC, and that the stream is public. When opening your stream url in chrome you should see a music player and your music playing.

Hi, I have an issue with the footer for this theme. I have facebook likebox and twitter feed in footer 1and 2 positions. When the page is loaded I initially only see the twitter feed but then it disappears after less than a second. The facebook feed does not load at all. Please advise.

i also have an issue with a plugin i am using with this theme. I am using the grid fx plugin and when i use it on a modular page the ‘load more’ button does not appear below the grid. Look at ‘dj services’ grid on the front page of http://djknight.co.uk there should be a load more button below the 3 grid items. I have this issue just on a modular page. On a normal page the load more button shows as it should. Please could someone help me on this and on the above items. I have active support.

About your issue by the way, the plugin you use doesn’t support ajax loading (a bit badly developed) the only solution is that you disable ajax page loadin in Appearance->Customize.
By the way this will interrupt the music once you change page.
If you don’t like this solution, we can add the page where you use the plugin as “exceptions” in the code, but you need to post your problem in the forum to have more help. Thanks!
