i am interested in the construction demo. however, i will need a woocommerce shop. will that be possible? will i still have all the shop and woocommerce shortcodes in the visual composer or will i need to use an ecommerce demo?

I have, once again Cleared the old data and followed the instructions you gave me for installation of the Theme. Very much the same as what I had done before.
The basic theme is installed (as before) and as I continue by downloading the ‘Main Demo’ it never gets past the “Processing Menus” progress bar and I have tried many times. I even deselected ‘install menus’ but it still has a problem going past that progress bar.
So I still seem to have the same problem, just a different day.
Any other suggestions that I can try.?

I am having two problems (After trying to install the theme several ways) One is in installing the “all files” zip i’m told it didnt install due to missing css files. when I try and upload it through Cpanel, I try to install the classic theme it seems to stop at the same point while on the ‘processing menus’ installation bar. Either way it seems that installation of this theme isnt as straight forward as one would think…... I have been trying now for several days, with no luck. I’ve even wiped the site area and reinstalled wordpress. I have also tried to find your installation guide. This isnt working…... What suggestions can you offer?

Blocks not working with vc or not… Thats theme problem i guess maybe relevant with wordpress 4.7 jquery.. I dont know yet. But this problem dont need to renew support another six months.. When the theme installed default wordpress, and when i install porto content types, blocks not editable.. Fix the theme pls. Probably wordpress 4.7 incompatible…
When deactivate theme, Blocks post type works well. I cant figured out the problem. When the theme activated again, Blocks not editable again.. Child theme or main theme it doesnt matter. I changed all js files names in the theme folder. But still not working, some codes, or files in the theme broke blocks type.. I deleted wordpress btw, installed last version all the plugins and theme, still resuming..
I installed old version of Porto Content Types plugin does not affect anything.. I checked configuration in your document helper. Does not help either. Probably not content types plugins, The theme incompatible with wordpress 4.7. Problem is in the theme…

This is not the bug in the theme. Porto theme is fully compatible with the latest WP 4.7 and also we have not reported this Block issue yet anywhere. I think there is the 3rd party plugin conflict issue. At our end, the theme is working fine with the latest WP 4.7.
Can you please send us your site details so we will check your site and solve the issue in your site after extend the support period. Please make sure that you have updated the theme to the latest version and all plugins as well.

Updated the theme and now my css is all completely messed up. The menu header with drop down ecommerce categories opens up and stretches the header to 1500px tall, sidebar widgets are showing up in my footer. I have already ran Compile Default CSS page and it did not fix it. Any help would be great. All plugins and wordpress is updated.
Ok I was able to fix it and figure it out. For those of you having an issue like me. After updating the CSS files in the Compile Default CSS page you have to login to your ftp and go to theme folder -> Css folder. You will see the added css files with the name _1 at the end. Remove that and overwrite the old ones. This really needs to be explained clearly as this wasted a good 2 hours of my time.

- To remove description delete all the details of the products you have added.
- To remove the additional information delete the other information you have added in the shipping information, attributes to the products and other details in product options.
- You can hide all other options from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product.
