Hi, if you goto your dashboard and then goto posts, when you hover your mouse over one of the posts you should see the id show up at the bottom of your browser. or you could use a plugin such as this one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25/

-In the sticky menu, in google chrome, the dropdown menu or when the menu is opened, it doesnt work, only it works in the first section. I can not press the sections of the opened menu. I sent you a ticket with a video.

hi, presales questions: 1) does your theme have any speed optimizations done please? seems a bit slow 2) on the category grid can the user click on anywhere on the image? it looks like they have to click only on the ‘browse products’ text link. not very user friendly that option. as people tend to click on the image itself. 3) do you have a way to CENTER the logo above the menu? is this a simple option in theme option or need CSS knowledge? thankx Serendipity

Good morning, I purchased the theme yesterday and after installation I have two very large menus showing at the top. Even after deleting the large menus in the appearance section on the dashboard I am still seeing them. Link is www.definedbeautyclinic.co.uk
Hi, have you set a menu for both of the menu locations ?
At present I just want it as a landing page until my client sends me all the content in February, so I deleted all menu items but it still shows like this.
A response would be great, 2 days per reply isn’t what I’d class as support. My client is getting on at me because of this.
EDIT: I’ve managed to fix this but without the help of you.
When no menus are set it defaults to the default menu. Adding just one item per menu should override them. if you want me to hide the menus completely i would be happy to help. Thanks. Scott
I have managed to fix that, but I would like to change the menu to white as the dark colour doesn’t show up over the image I’m using, also the logo will not change from the preset one.
Also if I could remove the very top menu altogether that would be great. I won’t need users to login or place orders just yet. Please send instructions. Thank you.
You want to remove it from both the normal menu and the sticky menu? you would need to modify the stylesheet to change the color of the text. Thanks. Scott.
Is there anyway I can send screenshots of what I want hiding? Also I’m quite new to all of this, so do you have instructions for changing the stylesheet to change the menu colour without affecting the rest of the text?

Exactly! I was trying to simulate the purchase of a pair of shoes or something else, and i clicked add to cart. Later, when i try to see the cart or to proceed with checkout, i remain in the product page, not in the cart or checkout page. I tried with chrome, firefox and microsoft edge. Other users too have been afftected by this before purchase? I mean, I like your theme and i think i’ll buy it, but just want to be sure everything’s smooth with a quickstart demo in order to start very quickly

The links “cart”, “wishlist” and “account” work perfectly, the link “shopping bag” is like a redirect on the same page you are when you click it…
