Hi, I’ve purchased the theme and I love the demos, but unfortunately when I import them a lot things are missing. The menus never connect and most of the photos are not there either.

1. On that specific demo import it appears you’ve got both of the pages in the menu. Are you referring to other demos you’ve tried to import?
2. Most of the stock images are replaced with placeholders – however it seems you’ve gotten all the demo ones on your URL http://demo3.texaswebsitemanagement.com/home/#intro

Hi again, I´m working on a project, where on certain pages, the content of a page is loaded dynamically into another page on the same Wordpress page. This however affects my pages that use the ‘submenu’ shortcode. Could you help me identify, which JS needs to be re-init´ed or which js function needs to be re-run in order to fire the submenu shortcode?

Function request: On mobile, it would be great to have the menu be sticky on bottom of the screen, as opposed to the top. I saw it on a mobile site, but it was in development and not yet live.
It was just a sticky bar with a hamburger icon on the right – that opens up just like the mobile menu does currently on Salient, a phone icon in the middle to call the establishment, and an envelope icon on the left to email.
Please consider this. I think this will be standard practice in a few months/year. A bottom menu is so much better UX because we navigate with our thumbs on mobile, so there’s no reaching.

1. You could using the secondary header http://themenectar.com/demo/salient/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/3.png but it would be added in as a link in the menu that doesn’t lead anywhere
2. Yes you can have CTA buttons in any row section
3. You would need a plugin to add the form, but any of the widget areas would be able to display it

before purchasing, I would like to know whether Salient theme supports horizontal scrolling in a meaning, that by scrolling up/down the website content would go right/left instead of standard up/down. If this was possible, does it work for the Nectar fullsreen rows as well, that they would row horizontally instead of vertically?

Have you checked with your hosting company to verify that there’s no internal server errors that are occurring? A common cause of blank white screens is PHP running out of memory, if you reached out to them they could increase this for you

Thanks for the reply. I have just run this by my hosting provider and have adjusted my PHP memory limit from 124mb to 512mb. What can i do next to get wordpress functioning again? Uploading the .zip theme via FTP will remove custom coding I have implement correct?
I have looked at the error log and recieved this PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_get() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 1123

If you upload the theme via FTP it will only remove custom mods you have made to the old theme directory. If you haven’t modded the theme files directly then your current site will remain untouched. Have you tried to remove the theme via FTP so you can reach wp-admin again to reinstall a fresh copy of the theme?

Ive reinstalled the theme also, both via cpanel with the same outcome. What is else is going wrong here? I think ill need to speak with support. Also as a customer that bought the theme before the need for subscription support, I am entitled to legacy support correct?

Hi, I’ve brought this theme for a client’s website and for some reason even though I’ve changed the accent colours they aren’t coming up as default options in the pages them selves. Ideally I don’t want the client to have to remember the colour codes.
Could this be because I’ve installed the child theme as well?

Product quantity won’t update in Cart. Update button is clickable but nothing happens to order total or quantity. Running latest WP 4.7 but it also didn’t work on WP 4.6. Hey thinkingmen, the business demo was added in Salient v7.6, if you’re using an older version the demo won’t be available to import.
Hello, Great theme. I have a problem with the Form Styling Fancy checkbox. I enable the option in Form Styling Fancy checkbox. Works fine in laptops, but when I check in a smartphone, doesn´t appear the options. Can I enable this fancy in laptops and disable in smartphone and tablets ?.

mmm, I’m testing it on an iphone 6s and an iphone SE and I can´t select the options. But I test on an iphone 6 and 4s and works!! It’s weird. I testing in safari in all iPhone. Why in some iPhones work and in the others not?
