How does the backend look like? it doesn’t allow me to register since I have no purchase code. and there is no screenshots so we could see how it looks like?

HI, first of all its a great theme. i really like the simplicity of it.
But few things i necessary things is missing there and i would really appreciate if you consider adding them. i believe most of your potential customers would also agree with me.
1. Separate search option for knowledgeable and forum. and option to limit search result with load more. good if we have 15/20 search result.
2. Inside knowledge base home, search is not working. also in forum, is it possible to make search results only with headline forum topic not with the whole topic?
3. Under knowledgeable home, limit number of article for each category and add read all button. helpful if we have like 25 articles in one category. check this screenshot. http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1984696/8463783d174fab0606ff7f5ace4f86cc4. On article page, a fixed header with article title and some useful infos like views (how many times this article is viewed), author, date published, date updated. also a like & dislike button with counter would be very useful to understand which articles are useful which are not.
5. Is it possible to replace popular forum topic with related articles? and is the related articles work automatically? http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1984734/1dbf7130ebdfcc6dc11a8d09327ece0b6. I really liked this part. the “My Account” part. but is it possible to do everything like sign-in, create new account & forgot pass from that popup? i checked if errors occurred, like incorrect username/password it redirect to wordpress login page. is possible to give all type of massages like, success or error in that popup without going to wordpress login page?
i know its a big list of requirement but i believe you would also agree these are the most necessary to run a knowledge base. i would instantly purchase the theme if i get these in your next update.

Sorry some link redirect to our demo so i’m wrong. I checked again and saw you remove all knowledge cateogies and video categories so it can’t display.
Now you can try re-import sample data via JanStudio > Import Sample Data or create new category and assign articles, videos to new category.

We not sure because we aren’t author of ticket plugin. We found new plugin. it better for ticket system support at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-support-plus-responsive-ticket-system/ and they also provide customize plugin. So you can ask theme for your require.
