Hello, I can see this theme hasn’t been updated in some time. I like the look and features on offer, and am considering using it for a medical client. Will support continue with this theme, and do you have any planned updates?

When updating to the latest version, the contact form doesn’t work anything – PLEASE HELP, IT’S VERY URGENT
I don’t understand… I’ve updated the Theme to the last version, and the contact form doesn’t work in any of the ways:
1. The Template of the Theme Options, as if it didn’t exist: it shows the default form of the Theme.
2. After more than 100 tests and after trying to fix it by modifying the contact_form.php, nothing at all: null result: although I managed to change the fields in this file by the fields that I was interested, neither sends the messages, nor the form shows, when click “Send”, any Error In any case, even though all fields are empty.
3. Given as impossible, I’ve installed Contact Form 7 and I’ve configured it. But suddenly I discover that … It doesn’t send by email the field “Phone” (just the most important for my client)!
I’ve looked on internet but I haven’t found nothing about it.
Why? Why did the form worked perfectly before, and after the update doesn’t work, nor the form that comes by default with the Theme, nor the Contact Form 7?
The worst of everything is that I committed with my client in to have it all ready today (here in Spain are already 20:35).
Please HELP!!!

Does it support Russian language?
Yes, theme is supporting all languages. Please note that russian translation isn’t included, so you’ll need to translate some phrases on your own.
I have already purchased the product, but in the documentation that says “Please note: For importing dummy content from live preview / demo page you need two files: medicenter-blue-content.xml and widget_data-blue. Both the zip file downloaded from ThemeForest.There are fake content files for each of the 6 predefined color “I only find the widget_data-blue.json file not the xml (medicenter-blue-content.xml) I can do? Please tell me the path where to find it or tell me if I change its name. Thank you
There is an automatic importer implemented. So simply go to Apperance->Theme Options and make import there with one click import button. If you’ll have issues with that, please create new topic on our Support Forum and our support team will help you. Thank you!

Hi, I have this theme on my website and i updated a plugin named “WPBakery Visual Compose” when i did the whole website went down and with very difficulty recovered it back to teh previous version. when i inquired about thsi from teh plugin they think that The issue is because the older visual composer is modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you update it, the customization made by the theme author is lost which causes the issue. so please help ASAP.

I’m a customer, purchased MediCenter had my developers build the site (I believe in php 5.6) and now on their servers the site looks fine but when uploaded to 1and1 there are a bunch or WARNINGS & php error codes. Yes, theme is multi language. It’s including language files po/mo with all phrases. You can easily translate them using for example poEditor or some language plugin like WPML.

I’ve followed the instructions and that seemed to fix the problem. BUT now I’m getting 404 errors for many of site’s pages ie. http://lowvisionmd.org/medicenter_gallery/low-vision-evaluation/
It seems to be every page that begins with http://lowvisionmd.org/medicenter_gallery/
Please go to Settings->Permalinks and simply click ‘Save changes’ there, so WP will flush the rewrite rules. That will help.

Hi, I no longer have active support. However my VC isnt working since upgrading WP recently …clearly now asking to pay for a license. I was under the impression that Medicenter came with eternal VC license? Can you please supply the license key code?!

Thanks, however, I dont have support anymore as said. So I’ve just bought the VC license instead which I think will avoid all future hassle.
You don’t need to have support to download theme update or access our support forum in read only mode. So you don’t need to purchase VC license separately. Simply redownload MediCenter theme and you’ll find the Visual Composer installation file in theme package.
