When you already have some content built on your installation and want to import another demo content, it could be you’ll loose some content, because of possible overriding due to same page IDs. We suggest to make local installation of WordPress and there to import some other bodega content to see how we built it and to replicate/copy some desired content.

Now you are using Light header skin, so it forces white color and on white background color you are not able to see it. We found only one ticket of yours #1029446 and it is already answered. Support agent even created test page for you. Please reply to your ticket if you need additional assistance. In caste that you want to show images from each portfolio inside ligh box, please understand that on portfolio list page only featured images from each portfolio will be displayed, and script cannot load images from each portfolio page and this is also not correct document flow because including images from each portfolio will make really mess for end user since some portfolio can contain 1-2 images and some other may have 20 images or more.

You cannot display images from within portfolio, you can show featured images from different portfolios. Submit a ticket to our support at https://select.ticksy.com/ and elaborate your question there, and they will try to answer you in best possible way. Also, include WordPress admin link and admin credentials in your ticket so they can see your current setup.

Portfolios are represented with their Featured images in Portfolio List. When you click on them, you’ll see single portfolio item, and there you could add whole image gallery.

The correct terminology would be post formats. Our web host upgraded to ssl and now all of my posts formatted to “video” are not displaying. I wondered if it was a good idea to begin with….making the posts formatted for video. Not all themes support this. Dreadful task of changing all my posts and re-embedding the video link.

Yes, it is possible. So, first you should add Select Slider and Single image on your page. Also, on single page add some extra class name, like we did here http://screencast.com/t/RgOuG9QAm

Then you should add this part of code in Select Options > General > Custom Code > Custom css
