We are carefully testing every release of The Ark, to make sure, that everything works smoothly for our clients.
From the log you send we can see, that your server environment is wrongly configured, your PHP settings disallows some directories, to be writable. This configuration is really unusual and it prevents your WP installation to run correctly. Easiest way would be to contact your hosting support and ask them about correcting your “open_basedir” settings.

After Installing and activating ‘fresh-framework’ plugin I get HTTP ERROR 500 and nothing show its all on my main web page and browser says ‘Page isn’t available’ but I when i delete ‘fresh-framework’ files from directory then my website comes back on. Please get back to me urgently!

Every release of The Ark is carefully tested on various PHP and server configurations and there are only 2 requirements:
1.) PHP version 5.5+ ( 97% of servers having at least this version, WodPress recommends 5.7+) 2.) At least 128 MB of PHP memory.
Both can be changed in your hosting administation (cPanel), or preferably by contacting your hosting support.
After this change, everything are supposed to run very smoothly. If you need any help, please open a support ticket, include your WP and FTP login and we will do our best to help you / guide you.
I also want to note, that we have “no-questions-asked-refund-policy”, because we are interested in making our clients 100% satisfied, so with us, you are safe

Since the the version of ARK was updated yesterday: • Fresh Builder does not work, and • The Fresh Framework plugin was suddenly missing so I had to re-upload it to my cPanel, however it will still not update itself • I am unable to edit the ‘Footers’ ‘Titlebars’ etc

Yes, migration is pretty easy and it will run out of the box. Best way would be to just export / import the whole database and then change the url in the database via some migrating tools.
If your question is more about licensing, then you have 5 license switches available. So you can enable the license at your staging server and then enable the license at your production server and still have 3 more unlocks left

Just updated to the newest version. I have a custom font installed and now after the update text transformation doesnt appear to be working, everything is uppercase. It also seems that normal (sentence case) isnt recognized.

Hi! Im triying to work with the theme, but all pages looks boxed, and I can’t see the demo pages they are too different from the live preview on themeforest. Also I’m having this issue “Your License is currently active on a different domain. The full version of Ark is disabled until you activate your License for this domain. Please press the Show License button below for more information.”

1.) In Ark, we introduced world-class-never-seen-this-before layouting system, which allows you to customize every single piece of your page.
For making your page fullwidth, open the single page. Under your page / post content editor, there is metabox called “Post/Page settings”. Simply set the layout to “Default Page – Full Body”

2.) Most probably you activated Ark on localhost and then on your final domain. The Ark can be active only at one place per time.

Every multi-language plugin requires a special care from us in terms of integration, to be sure everything works smoothly. The Ark is now compatible with WPML, which is the most widespread plugin for multilanguage sites and offers the best functionality. Can you use this plugin, for translating your site?

Unfortunately I cant change the translation plugin, but Qtranslate has worked with every other theme i have used. It seems as though the issue happens only when I install the demo data, before that it was working. It makes the menu (for both English and French) all 1 language even though I define the appropriate pages for each language it just suddenly switches to only 1 language. I have tried to uninstall everything and reinstall it but again as soon as I add the demo data thats when it starts with those issues. Is there any way to check into this? Q translate is also very popular with over 100,000 users. Unfortunately as much as I like this theme if I cant get it to work I will have to requested a refund and look at something else that would meet our needs.

We will definitely look into more translating plugins, I just added it to our task lists. But since we have more prioritized tasks and already supporting the #1 of translation (WPML), we cannot give you exact date, when these new features will be added. Ok so we decided to use the WPML plugin, it seems to be working well for now
. I do have one last question hopefully i have the pages setup on the site but the content is completely to the edge (touching the edge of the screen) I thought i could adjust this by setting the post content mode to normal post content so its within the wrapper but it is not working. please help

I tried that and it now works but i have a white box around the content, i would prefer it to be the same colour as the background on the rest of the page, how can I accomplish that? Also in the breadcrumbs I am getting the word Ark, for example (Ark / Our Company / Management Team) how can I change that to HOME or remove it completely?

I just purchased your theme, had to install it via FTP because it was not working through wordpress. I installed and activated all the plugins and then the site crashed. I am getting the following error both on the front and backend.

Your server environment has low PHP memory limiti. Please make sure, that you meet these requirements:
1.) At least 128mb of PHP memory (you have 64mb)
2.) At least PHP 5.5+ version

Guys your work is awesome, I have just one significant issue. The font-awesome icons are working fine on my computer, but if I try to load the page on different computer I can see only blank boxes instead of the selected icons. What can I do to fix it? Otherwise I am really satisfied!

Your server environment has too low PHP version. WordPress recommended is PHP 5.7+, but Ark is not so strict, it requires PHP 5.5+. So please make sure, that:

I’ll need to discuss it with colleagues, who handle the Revo Slider. But in current situation, I think that these additional demo sliders can be downloaded only with license key of Revolution Slider, which cannot be delivered by us (because of Envato licensing system). I also think, that these slides cannot be added into theme for download, because we emailed them before. In normal situation, I would phone my colleagues for answer, but we are celebrating christmas, so they are with their families. I can provide 100% guaranteed answer at monday.

Hi, I just checked your support site and found the logo size is fixed. This is essentially a game changer for me. Also when I am developing it on the local site (Pressmatic). In spite of changing the logo to entered and activating top bar it does not seem to work.
I understand that you are working towards providing a lot of options but currently I cannot wait 2-3 weeks for logo size to be changed. I want to request for a refund

1.) Logo fixed height – I think that we will be able to release update improving the logo functionality in 3 days, 4 days max. If you give me 24 hours, I can discuss it with team members and we can guarantee you the time schedule for 100% after that.
2.) Logo changes – you are changing the logo in wrong header. There are 15 predefined headers, most probably you are changing the “Default Header”, but should be changing the “Default Classic – Transparent Top”

Ark is leveraging the latest technical options of the PHP library and we also set the minimal required version to be the PHP 5.5+, because 97% of server environments is having this version installed.
Every serious hosting has to offer at least PHP 5.5+ version, because anything below is really outdated and open to security problems. I would recommend you to contact your hosting support and ask them about switching to newer PHP version.
If these options are not viable for you, we can of course issue refund, no questions asked. All you have to do is open the refund request. But majority of other WP themes have the PHP version requirements as well.

I now all the best-selling themes on envato and I can say, this theme opens definitely whole new world of possibilities for advance css customizations. There is no other theme like this. Great job guys.
I like your attitude to frontend vs backend editing. But there is also one more thing important for doing professional custom made (I mean custom with help of great framework, plugins and shordcodes) Wordpress sites for multiple uses, not just blogging. It’s custom post types, not just posts or portfolios, where I can setup whole layout and visualization of header, title, custom metas, featured image (for example I need the image to be a rectangle 200×200px with round corners on certain place in title area), content area with other custom metas, sidebar etc. All this is really important for automatization of editing process for editors who don’t know anything about setting theme options or css editing. And I see your theme is on a good way.
Some pre-sale questions: 1. Is Ark compatible with other key plugins, specifically Slider Revolution and Essential Grid? 2. Do you plan to do some improvements in WP Media library? Like adding and storing a Youtube/Vimeo links or other html codes (like in Uncode theme), with better filtering, foldering etc. 3. What about adaptive images? The setting of image quality is essential, but an automatic adaptation is a function we really need these days. 4. I can’t see a google maps shortcode settings on a video. It would be really great if I can insert custom json style from snazzy maps and setup all of the navigation elements (visibility, positions), info window etc. 5. When will your introductory sale end?

0.) Advanced custom post types integration (with customfields etc etc) – this is definitely scheduled, on our roadmap and I can say this will be gamechenger in current WP paradigm
1.) Yes, Revo slider is already included in the package for free, Essential grid works (one of our customers is using EG)
2.) We are thinking about these: integration with some free image service to easily download. Image resizing and setting “focus point” to image, in case when its resized. About the other things, we will do a research, if there happens to be a good plugin about this.
3.) Could you be please a little more descriptive about adaptive images? I’m not sure, what does it mean.
4.) The gmap settings are here. The screenshot is missing the markers and their positioning, which is at the top: http://pasteboard.co/dhMaxGjUo.png .Of course we are open to making the gmaps even more flexible.
5.) This is influenced by various factors, so we have not decided yet

0) I definitely agree – this will be a gamechanger 3) adaptive images detects visitor’s screen size and creates appropriate re-scaled versions of images for web pages. For example – desktop browsing – full quality image (765 kB), tablet browsing – 108 kB, mobile browsing – 32 kB. In my opinion this is a “must have” function in today’s responsive browsing. 4) The gmap settings looks fine. Add an editor for pasting json style and your gmaps will be done.

I activate Plugin Fresh Performance Cache, then suddenly my corporate site stop working. It said “Content Coding Error”. Time consuming to repair, but fail. Unfortunately, I’ve not made backup, so I try to create from scratch again, but Fresh Builder now stop working. Nothing I can do now. I’ll plan to change another theme if problem still exist. I love how Fresh Builder work, but I don’t like if it starts to make problem

Firstly, there is no need to create your site again! It’s all there and its not lost! The Fresh Performance Cache does a really difficult and demanding mathematical and computing operation to minify and cache all your styles and scripts. Sometimes it’s so big chunk of data, that it cannot be done in 30 seconds (php script timeout). So what should be enough is to refresh the page few times and wait. This will finish the style and script minification and save all the values into cache, so you will not need to do this again.
Anyway for making your site run again, all you can do is to delete this plugin in wp-content/plugins/fresh-performance-cache
If this does not help, open a support ticket or shoot us an email, include your WP and FTP login there and we will help you ASAP.
Just don’t worry, your site cannot be lost from activating Fresh Performance Cache plugin, this is not possible to happen.
