Hmm, this may have been something specific to your setup. I checked that on my end as well and the input fields work correctly.

Something to look for on your end is a high amount of padding for the <input> fields. You may have some custom CSS that no longer targeted the fields after adding the extra

Since this works for me locally in Avada 5.0.6, it’s hard to say exactly what’s causing that for you.

There are two common causes for this that you can check for:

1. Plugin conflict: Try disabling all non-Avada plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.

2. Your host may be blocking a WP resource needed for the theme options to function correctly. You can press f12 to open the inspector tools, then check the console tab to see if any errors are logged. If you see an error for the admin-ajax.php file, then you’ll want to contact your hosting provider as it’s likely a mod_security rule blocking this resource. They’ll be able to correct that for you.

If none of the above take care of this for you, we would be happy to take a look. For one on one assistance with that, please sign up at our support center and submit a new ticket. Be sure to include all the details you have about the issue, your site URL and version of Avada.

If you want to have a multilingual site, then you’ll need to add translations for each language you want your site to support and also a multilingual plugin.

Can you double check that you don’t have the header set to a transparent background color? That will be the far right color control bar. Make sure it’s at the top for a solid color. (see > http://prntscr.com/drioxl)
