You can reset to default colors at Appearance > Customize > Colors > Color Schemes and default fonts at Appearance > Customize > Typography > Font Pairings. Also, in the Layout tab you can easily see the default options. There is no global reset to defaults button, but you should’t have issues switching to defaults the sections individually. The Leisure theme’s demo content is a regular WordPress XML file. You can use the default WP Importer and everything should work fine. If you are encountering import errors, the issue is most likely related to server settings or restrictions. It is very difficult to import demo data provided by your theme. Now, my site is the worst of all the items I have ever bought. I have used this theme for a site that includes a few image carousels. I have run several site speed tests and while the theme performs well generally there is a real issue with how it serves scaled images and in particular the retina logo. Have you any plan to improve this in the next version of the theme?

Have you used a tool to optimize the images? We are not aware of any issues with images loading speed. If you open a ticket with a link to your page, we can take a look and see if we can identify a solution to improve your page speed. As far as we know, your images should load fine with the current version of the theme and a current version of Visual Composer. All the best.
Thanks but my developer found a fix. It’s an issue to do with the carousel and serving scaled images for site speed. The images in my carousels are created at 1024 wide for large popup display. This causes an issue for site speed when scanned through gtmetrix. Images of 800 wide and under do not show this issue.
Yes, the carousel images integration is optimized to accommodate any number of elements and image sizes. The best solution is to use images with the same size that you wish to be displayed in your page. All the best.

I’ve tested both Post Grid and Post Masonry Grid elements right now and they seem to work fine on mobile devices. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme and the included plugins, as well as WP 4.7+, to rule out any compatibility issues. There is a good chance the issue is local. You can not replace the featured image with a video, but you can place one in the room page content area. For such a form display in the slider, you will need a custom solution, it can not be done through the default options. All the best.

I bought this theme a while ago and at first the Video Background (Row Settings) worked fine but now it doesn’t play anything. I tried External Video and MP4 file. I have read some other comments about adding three video formats (MP4, OGV and WEBM) but I didn’t do this in the previous attempt. Is this really necessary? I actually just want to use an external Vimeo link. Also when I delete the image chosen as video cover, all the fields below disappear. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!

For a video background, you need a cover image and the video uploaded in all 3 formats: MP4, OGV and WEBM. All 3 formats are needed for compatibility across all devices and browsers, some of them not being able to display MP4. Apparently the issue is Vimeo. I’ve tried exactly the same with a YouTube video and it works. Ps. Without uploading any videos in the three formats.
Yes, if you want an external video, you have to use YouTube. The error is in the Visual Composer field description text. Using a Vimeo video as a row background is not possible, only a YouTube video. A Vimeo video can only be displayed in the page, as a video element. We will adjust the field description correctly with our next version. Is there a way for the left side bar on responsive mobile device show below the main content like the right side bar template does? That is typically how sidebars work on most themes. Hi there, I’ve gone through the usual delete and reinstall actions to force an update to Visual Composer; however, the theme will not allow access to VC tools through backend. It just sits on the grey spinner. It is causing us to 1) not be able to edit the site and 2) it is forcing Ninja Forms to not appear on our site, which is a HUGE problem considering we receive multiple inquiries every day through this feature. Wordpress has been updated to 4.7, all plugins are up to date. Nothing else seems to be conflicting except for the theme and VC. Please help.
Some additional information is that our server does support AJAX, so that’s not a problem either. Some of the forms show up, but in the most crucial areas, like our homepage form where visitors can schedule a tour, the form will not appear and VC will not allow access to the element on the page.
