Hello, I recently purchased the theme and tried importing the “xmas 2” demo. I am getting a Rev Slider error: “Slider with alias homepage not found.” Is this a common problem with an easy solution – could you help me out? Thank you.
Additional comment: I found the slider zips in the install folder, but nothing for xmas2.

you got this message, because you didn’t watched our instructional video. Slider Revolution is external plugin and it’s content can not be imported automatically with the demo import so you need to import it separately. P.S. You don’t have slider for Be|Xmas2 demo because there is simply no slider on this site.

I have a pre-sale question. You have an example testimonial slider demo that has 4 headshot photos that when a photo is clicked on the content below changes. I noticed that when viewed from a mobile phone (320px wide) the single row of 4 photos become two rows of two photos. Is it possible to make the photos/images responsive so even when viewed with a small mobile phone the photos/images remain as a single row?

Hello , I try to import one of template library in visual composer on top of my pages. I click on backend editor and choose one of template. but it say that : Visual Composer Template Library downloads are available for activated versions only. How can I fix this ? the templates you are asking for has nothing to do with the BeTheme. These templates comes with premium version VC plugin what means to get them, you need to buy plugin’s license directly from the author.

Is there a way you can tell me how to insert/where the image path for it in the .js file. We need to have the full site retina. So even if manually we add the image file, or target it with css and make the width 50%. It is still ok, just let me know what file and where to add the marker image exactly. Thanks
What you ask for requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer.
What are you talking about? You are advertising this theme as “fully retina”, yet the marker icon isn’t… This is so simple and you can even help me with this?
We are just saying that we do not have an option to upload marker icon another extra size and this requires files customisation and this requires files customization. There is really no need to be rude as your support has expired as well and as we explained above, files customisation in reference to Item Support Policy are simply not included because of obvious reasons.
What is so obvious, I don’t get it… You advertising your theme as fully retina, yet it’s not… Nobody was talking to you rude so chill out!
Looks like you have no idea about the coding and being retina so we will try to explain. Google maps are being included into theme as additional feature using Google API and as far as we know, Google provide possibility to upload only one marker image. They did not provided an option to upload different markers per different screens and we can not be responsible for something on what we have no impact.
Hope this makes sense and would be more clearer now.
This is beside the point, you just finding excuses for the false advertisement… this is your theme, stop blaming Google… I’m aware of the Google Map API, and you are wrong, I know a thing or two about retina design. Anyways, I will find the solution myself. I hope the weather is great in India….
We do not blame anyone and we are just telling you how the situation looks like. We are sorry to hear that you do not understand it. Anyway, if you will we have false advertisement, you can always send refund request and do not use it never again for your projects.We do not force anyone to use BeTheme.

Is visual composer absolutely necessary? It is just terrible…What about what you call Muffin Builder? I cannot (refuse really) to use Visual Composer..I am finding editing the theme really buggy and difficult to edit using Visual Composer.

no, it is just an additional, third party plugin and there is absolutely no need to use it. It’s only for those who don’t want to open on anything new and the only tool want to use is VC (to be honest, we do not like it as well as it’s to heavy, not intuitive and too slow). If you want, you can use our Muffin Builder instead which is much lighter and easier in use or just raw shortcodes if you prefer.

this video size is being rendered by Vimeo service itself and this has nothing to do with the BeTheme itself. But if you want to make this video larger, you can use the following custom css to force video size:

I solved the problem.
I modified plugin javascript. Just search for iframe_markup in the .js file and add the attribute allowfullscreen=true in the iframe tag.
Now it looks like below: iframe_markup: ’<iframe src =”{path}” width=”{width}” allowfullscreen=”true” height=”{height}” frameborder=”no”></iframe>’
This allows full screen in youtube video.
We are glad to know you did it yourself but we suggest to check different devices because as we remember, we had a problem in the past with some smaller screens.

Hey,
custom menu for portfolio page can be set exactly the same as for any other page (under Page Options section) but for the single portfolio, you can set it up under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio > Single Portfolio Project section.

as a cache plugin, we definitely recommend to use W3 Total Cache. However, the files you mentioned above has nothing to do with the BeTheme itself and comes from Youtube service.
