I purchased your theme yesterday and need a little of support.
I have followed all the instructions to install the theme and install the demo content (by importing the .xml file in the folder downloaded).
When importing the .xml-file, most of the xml-data was imported correctly, but some failed! Can you please tell me what I can do to make it import succesfully? A few things good for you to know: - I have changed the permission to 777 as the instructions said - I was having trouble editing the .htaccess file and adding the php_values, because every time I saved the file, when I reloaded my page, I got a Server error (error 500)... Therefore, I Googled alternative ways of performing the same task, and found out that if I created a php.ini file in the root of the server and added the php_values, it should work. I implemented this solution, and it hasn’t given me any errors…
Questions: 1. Can the above be the reason why it is not uploading all the xml-data properly? 2. If yes, what can I do to fix it?
If you get error 500 then most likely your hosting provider do not support htaccess modifications. This is typical for shared hosting environments. You can provide us with your server and WP credentials and we will try to install demo content manually. Please send data at info@kenzap.com
I recently purchased your theme and are testing them right now from your demo_content. Somehow I am unable to change the header logo (Klambi). Did I miss anything? or is it supposed to be permanent with the theme?

I just tried Klambi theme. The theme is a total mess. can’t even work with it. it’s a new theme and full of bugs and most of the features are not working. And the thing they have shown in demo is not even achievable using the theme. The page is not even getting built and even the shortcodes aren’t provided with it. Please refund my purchase.

There are sliders used, half width contents used, the top logo doesn’t change, there are various ways to display products according to the demo but none of them are available even as shortcodes, there are no sidebars for pages, no box view available, child theme doesn’t get installed (even after uploading through ftp) and broken css is showing,
Also, the theme recommends to install demo content and learn from that. What kind of a recommendation is that? Means, we’ll have to flood our servers with unwanted pages, products, images, etc. just to learn what you have with this theme? moreover, the demo content import isn’t working. Loads and gets aborted automatically.
What am i supposed to do with this? I need the total refund and cancellation of purchase. i’m totally unsatisfied with the experience.
