I am un-able to retrieve my original account which i purchased salient for both my business (trying to get it recovered) I love the theme and have had no issues until now, these are my two company pages

My issue is the menu, I have lost the option to add the ring and solid color from menu headings (like on site 1) from site 2: sky ed.

I noticed that the option in the menu settings “menu item style” has vanished? Is this something I have done myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I’m using the Salient template for my website: http://publifes.com and I have this issue with the header’s video background. When I first load the page, and I start scrolling down, the page takes me back to the video background bottom. It seems like it does that when the video has finished loading. Any idea on how to solve this?? Thank you in advance!!

It seems the latest WP Update 4.7.1 broke the lightbox functionality and also messes with the masonry style of the portfolio. First I noticed that some of my portfolio entries were tall instead of wide and vice versa. This was flawless a couple of days ago. Also, galleries that were configured as masonry style (showing tall and wide thumbnails) show only tall thumbs now. And clicking on a thumb first opens the lightbox UI but then loads the entire image in the browers window, lightbox UI disappears. I have to use the browsers back button to get back to the page. Can the developer or someone else confirm this?

I have a onepage solution on my webpage. I made some subpages and in one of them i have also row id’s and i want to use links that connect with specific row. However when i use the link with the row id at the end, it loads the page with a vertical offset, leaving a dark space on the footer and the top of the page is covered by the navigation header. Hi, I bought this theme a while ago and bought extra support that has now expired. I hope you don’t mind me asking a question. I bought Ultimate VC Addons to use a ‘row style’ with Salient. It needs the ‘Design Options’ tab to remove the white margin above the element (see testimonials on my homepage). Please can you advise how I can access it?

Hello, i added shop to my website (salient theme) but i’m not able to show the sidebar in the shop page. I saw in your demo that there’s the sidebar. I tryed to set in the shop page the sidebar but nothing appened. So how can i add the sidebar in the shop page?

Contact Form 7, doesn’t work with this theme on mobile. It is fine on desktop but on mobile the sned button doesn’t do anything. I tried switching themes and it works on other themes but not salient.

Hi Am thinking of buying your theme it looks great for a photographers website I want to use the masonry Style in your demo it has square photos cropped in tall thumbnail so the photo is cut in half if it was a photo with 20 people you would see half of them is it possible to select the view of each photo in the masonry view ? ​I have been using your theme for quite some time now. I have purchased multiple licenses for multiple client over the last year or so. However, one of the biggest issues is the MOBILE MENU. Unfortunately the mobile menu list element that contain the sub-menu or children are not directly clickable – which means users cannot access the content directly on those landing pages at all.

I have added some CSS display options to allow my menu to be viewable – however there is a component in the JS file not allowing me to disable the sub-menu to open if the link “has-children”

Basically I would like to disable this feature and allow for every menu item to be clickable. I have done it before in the JS file by disabling a particular feature but I can’t seem to find it again in the new updated version. Can you help me out with this?

It appears there are some conflicts with the WooCommerce “Extra Options” plugin. Specifically, the Calendar does not popup on click as it should under “Date Delivery”. I want to add a button to my top menu but cannot find where to add the option to make a link a button. I know it is possible as I have used your theme a few times and have a button on top of those sites, but I cant seem to find the option on the newest site I am creating. I thought there was simply a button to check within the menu portal. Am I missing something now?
