Hi Kalium seller, I have a hard time to understand what I’m purchasing exactly for $39 and what the standard license consists of.
Questions: - Is the amount $39 a buy-out? Or per year…? Why one or the other? Why does it not state the anywhere what I’m buying exactly…? - When I buy a Kalium theme, will it be hosted elsewhere? Or should/can I host it on my personal ISP (Dreamhost)...? - Is there a Dummy intro (video) to what the product consists off exactly…?The features look awesome, but what is driving it behind the curtain?
I’m NOT looking for another “Squarespace” type of service with monthly/yearly fee. I just want to buy a theme, customise all the cool features and run it on my personal ISP that I already pay yearly…

The original price of the theme is 59$ but now we have made a sale due to the release of Kalium 2.0 and the festive days of December, so it will not be a long time on sale.
With a purchase of the theme you will get unlimited access to the theme and get free lifetime updates and 6 months support (basic) which you can extend in the time of purchase or when it ends.
In ThemeForest there is no system that you need to pay monthly for a service, so once you buy it you will have it forever.

Morning guys – I love the theme but I’m afraid my support has expired and I have a rather large problem! I just updated Wordpress and now I can’t access my dashboard.

Most likely your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme to work well.
Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
max_input_time 60

I download your Kalium theme (which i wanted for ages) but i am having really bad trouble trying to set it up and prepare my website. i have activated everything and it working but I’m really having trouble now trying to make it look like a website, similar to one that were shown on Kalium pre-made/preview theme page. as you made it easy to do but i am finding it really hard!!
Is there a place where i can located the theme-documentation as i just getting confused as i trying to use the visual composer is just confusing me a bit…
Anything you can help with will be so grateful.

Good morning, I am currently renewing my site and I encountered a problem with my Visual Composer, it asks me to activate the license (it has already been activated in this domain in the past) and as I command in the attachments it does not present any code Of license, where supposedly the plugin is part of the theme that I bought a year. Also came another that I noticed that now they are offering support without time limit, I being a client with more time I do not understand why I do not have the same right. I look forward to a quick solution and the height of what they promised me from day one. Thank you very much for your attention.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin (such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider) update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that.
You never need to purchase any premium plugins that comes with our theme, you can purchase them only if you need their support or want to use their extra features.

I’ve use wpml for Thai language. I can not change the link PORTFOLIO ARCHIVE URL to new URL in 2nd-lang. Hey. My support has expired, however I don’t really need a support. I’m trying to activate the theme (I’m only using it on one domain) and it doesn’t happen anything.
I’m trying to activate it in order to install demo data. What might be wrong or is there any other way to install demo data. I couldn’t find the xml files though.

What problem you are encountering when you want to activate the theme please? Can you please record this problem and then send us the video URL?
You can import demo-contents manually too with your purchase code, just go to Extras folder and open Demo Content.webloc file to be able to download them.

Is Kalium (or Oxygen) theme’s drag and drop ability similar to Divi 3? I’d like to build my own WP website but has no experience whatsoever. My experience is limited to my Supadupa website which has a drag and drop for their “pages” (Like for the MUSEUM & ABOUT US pages in my website), which I like but I needed more freedom to offer more content than I have now.

You are probably installed Kalium on any installation that had Visual Composer installed before.
In order to activate the latest version of Visual Composer bundled in the theme follow these steps:
1. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins then go to WPBakery Visual Composer and click Deactivate
2. Go to Appearance > Plugins and click Update for Visual Composer plugin
3. Activate Visual Composer again

My PHP limits have been increased as much as my host (siteground) will allow. I don’t think its a timeout issue because it fails within seconds. Please let me know how to fix this!

It’s not a PHP variables issue – I already checked. I went ahead and read your import code and realized that the issue is in the code. You reference a broken base address in the code “demo-content.kalium.com” instead of ””www.kalium.com” – when it goes to pull the demo data it’s getting a 404 because that first web address does not exist, and all your demo content is actually just under www.kalium.com/demo-content. I think the issue arose when you pushed version 2 to me. Please look into this! I changed the slug for my website and it is now working but I would imagine this is not working other places. Thanks!

Our server that provide the demo-contents is offline for the moment. And we are trying to fix it. If things go as we have planned, this problem will be fixed tonight or at least tomorrow morning.

I tried the support link, but it’s not working.
Quick question regarding the portfolio. Is there anyway to NOT display ALL and have it default to displaying a different category and then they can click to see the others?
Example.. I have three categories… portraits, advertising, and tear sheets. I want the site to display portraits upon arrival and then people can click the others to see them. Currently, I have to display ALL, which I do not want.
Also, for future updates…it would be great to be able to sort the order of portfolio items as well.. unless there is a way and I am not seeing it.

I’m sorry for the problem but we handle support on the Ticksy service. They are having problems on their site for the moment, and we (and a lot authors that use this service for support) can’t do anything about it. Let’s hope that this problem will be fixed soon.

I have the same problem and just purchased Labor support to have help…but the ticket system is not working neither
I have upload my Kalium to version 2.0.3.1 and now the permalinks in my portfolio are not working anymore, and the layout in some of the pages is messed up. Every time that I try to send a support ticket I got an error message….

Hello there again, since you’ve already been so helpful, I was hoping you could perhaps solve another issue of mine. So when using the Visual Composer images gallery feature (in this case I import 3 images less than 600kb each) in a post, it seems they have a blurry display (open PrettyPhoto).

Moreover if under a grid type, i choose “link to large image” (instead of open PrettyPhoto) at the “one click action” section in settings, i get this somehow weird layout where if you click on one picture to get the larger version, the thumbnail of the next picture of the grid superposes the large one. Am I doing something wrong? I checked again and I do have the latest version of WPBakery Visual Composer. Could you please give me a hint. That would be so much appreciated.
