hi have many things before i purchase the theme :
1 – can i add special offer for monthly, day, or christams event,....etc? 2 – can i add more fileds such as check in , check out , arrival date and dep date, ?
3 – can i add my costume payment called EMP that accept mastercard,vis,AmEx, Mysrto; i dont want paypal ; when he is enter his card and he not coming then i will deposit from his card using EMP? 4 – how can i add security badge for my reservation to let the client see the website is saftly 5 – i need to add offline payment , but i need to let the client add their card information like card number, CVC ,....etc under the Customer Details like this screenshot http://prntscr.com/e1h25a ; note that it will not deposit the total amount unless he is not coming . i will deposit the amount manully by using his card via EMP.
6 – i want after booking , the client receive his summery details but not confirmation on his email ?

and can i add hotel managment feautures like ; if the client need pick up from airport for $ , ...etc
1- Yes you can add room price for time period voice this featured included in the theme. 2- In the search form you can not add extra fields but in booking form you can add unlimited fields. If you want to add extra fields in search form you need to customize the form by us. 3- No you can not add custom payment option it need to customize the theme. 4- There is not any option to add security badge as the payment method are given in the system assured security for payment method if you want to add any option for payment badges it need to customize the theme. 5- It is not included in the theme but you can ask to our support team for customization to add this feature. 6- Sorry please explain more about this one. The system is generating booking detail email to the client.
Your all requirements are possible but some your requirements need customization so you have to request for customization to our support team and they will confirm your requirements and will send you the estimated cost, and time.

Hi, i want users to book by weeks from saturday to saturday and then If somebody add days outside that periods of week the additional days will be charged with the daily rate, is this possible? if not, do you do customize work? thanks

hi! i do like your template but there’s one bug that’s really annoying for our guests. i’ve installed and adapted your demo content for one page multi branch hotel and whenever someone tries to select a check-out-date in the reservation-from the “date-selection-overlay” stays open.
no matter what you’re else doing on the site, the white window with the dates keeps open. (have a look at the screenshot here to see what i mean: https://goo.gl/Fac2CF) i’ve tried this with several browsers and i installed your latest update, but the problem still exists. any idea how i can change this? thanks in advance.

i’m very sure that i do use the newest version of your theme (see here: https://goo.gl/zEz2yX) and this problem exists since i’ve purchased it. no matter which version i was using since then. i haven’t done anything with the theme since i bought it and installed it for the very first time. i didn’t ask for any support yet and it would be a bit irritating if i had to pay another 41 $ (support fee) to get a solution for a problem that definitely looks to be a bug i do not have any influence on. i’m not asking for any special adjustments or self-induced installment problems. i just would like to have a proper working theme, which i have already payed for.
i would ask you to help me out with this problem without forcing me to pay again for something i thought i’ve already paid for (= your theme installed with your demo setup). i hope you can provide this minimum standard of customer service. this would be very kind of you! thank you very much.

Please explain more about your requirement, what I understand, you want to link your room button to any external link for your desired page? Please also explain about site minder, for the livebeep system if it is fine with wordpress default themes then this will also work hopefully with this theme but we haven’t tested it yet. So the system checks if the rooms are available and if the guest may book one. If yes, can I manage different prices on differnt days or periods? 3. Well, patience has turned off!! I am waiting and waiting to have my problem solved. It happened in the past, I have to wait so long, then they solved one problem out of two. No I am asking for response, 5 day later they respond, and now 6+ days and still waiting. For future purchasers I recommed the theme, it works fine. But like many themes, always goes something wrong because we all need different issues. Thats not a problem, the real problem is how the support staff behaves. I here I haven´t been so lucky all the time. When I am going to have my problem fixed? Who knows. I just want my Contact form to work fine…
