Hi there, when I add a sidebar to woocommerce pages it doesn’t show the sidebar I created, only the default shop sidebar. Even if I select it in the page options.
Hi, it seems 30 or more of the standard Visual Composer elements are disabled with your theme. Mainly I want to use the “posts grid” option.How can I enable that? Its quite a powerful system, allowing for the Grid Builder tool to modify things etc. Without this Im a bit frustrated. How does your theme do a grid of posts with all the options that VC has?

I keep running into issues trying to customize this theme. For example, I tried turning off the footer by telling it NOT to show. I am unable to save and publish because I’m slapped in the face with a “Setting does not exist or is unrecognized” error. Please let me know if there is a solution for this.

It’s probably a problem with your server settings, could you please check that the folder permissions are set correctly, if you don’t let the theme write / create new folder the theme options panel won’t be able to save correctly.
Also are you having this problem from the theme options panel or Appearance > Customize ?
Anyway if this doesn’t resolve the problem could you please contact us on our support forum and give us more information.

I checked my folder permissions, and they are set correctly. This problem only comes from the Appearance > Customize. The theme options panel has no issues.
Hi, thank you for the nice theme! I have a big problem with Visual Composer: Every time i edit my content with this plugin it takes him 1 minutes before i can edit an other module again. It happens in pages, posts,... I tried updating Wordpress, updating the theme and updating Visual Composer to the last version. I still have the same problem. Why is it so slow? I have edited many themes with this plugin editor and i never experienced this. Ones ive updated everything, the icons on top of the modules of visual composer (back-end) stopped showing. Could you help me please? Thank you Mario

First for the icons not showing, this is a simple cache problem, please try to clear the server and browser cache and the new icons will appear.

The theme options doesn’t accept “php” data, so if you want to do this you would need to modify the footer.php directly.

Do changes made in the footer.php get overwritten when the theme is updated?

The business is still new and in setting up everything I wasn’t able to get the best of the support, for just having no time to ask

Hi, I am having a minor problem with Accordion’s. When I insert an accordion it work well. When you expand an item it automatically scrolls the page to show the accordion at the top of the screen (directly behind the sticky navigation). Is this a conflict or a glitch?
This is the third theme I’ve purchased and have not seen this one before.

Thanks for your prompt reply. It seemed weird when you opened the accordion it automatically scrolled the page, so the sticky navigation obscures the accordion. I’m sure someone had a logical thought behind it, but I’ve no ideas.

When I try uploading the latest theme downloaded, I get this error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/i/v/m/ivmeivme/html/newtansa/wp-content/themes/thefox/functions/rd_theme_functions/rd-custom-excerpt.php on line 71
When I revert back to the previous theme the error disappears.

Hey Man, I just did the update, I purchased your theme 2 years ago, and been updating the theme, but now this is crazy weird thing happening now to the site, the home page is pulling some kind of demo content: “buy an essay cheap online” and when I try create a new page and copy paste the content, or edit and update, nothing seems to work. This shouldn’t happen, for the “Buy an essay cheap online” this is probably something coming from an other plugin you are using.
For the record not found make sure that the page you are using is not set to use a Slider that doesn’t exist anymore.
