Hello,
does anybody maybe have a custom css code, on how to center a post on single post page? In the theme it is pulled left.
Any help on this would be awesome! Thank you so much!

Anyway, I got one question: How would I be able to get a “full-width” view on single post page? Would there be a code for this?

That option is not available on our theme for the moment but you can do this change very easily by applying this CSS on the Custom CSS area:
body.single-product .container.woocommerce {
width: 100% !important;
}

Hello, I am using this theme for a client and it is rather great! Unfortunately, our support has recently expired and now we notice an error that we can’t quite figure out, and as we’re not the first to have this problem(I noticed someone left a comment about having the same problem almost 2 years ago, his username was “LasseCCCC”), I was hoping you could share the solution with me. The problem is a 404 error code on the second page of search results if there are two pages and a 404 error code on the last page(or few pages) if there are more than two pages; For example, Search “Blessed” on BeTheLightTees.com and go to page two. Greatly appreciated! -Luigi

You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.4) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.6), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Thanks for getting back to me! I tried updating the theme on our staging site( http://btltees.staging.wpengine.com ) but that didn’t fix the problem as it still pulls up a “404 Page not found” error when trying what I previously described, however the update also breaks something I had previously fixed with custom CSS: It brings back a wrapping error on the products “Shop”page. you can see it clearly at http://btltees.staging.wpengine.com/shop You can see how I had previously fixed it at our live site: https://www.bethelighttees.com/shop/
What worked before but is no longer working is the following custom CSS:
.products > .item-column:nth-of-type(5n) { clear: none !important; }
.products > .item-column:nth-of-type(5n+1) { clear: left !important; }

I’m sorry, what update? as I am already on 2.9.6. And regarding the infinite scrolling, your suggestion to remove the custom css works until you scroll to the bottom and more products load, the 2nd and 3rd row are still messed up.

Please remove (save your CSS codes somewhere) all your Custom CSS first and see if the problem is solved. Also please disable your third-party plugins and see if that fixes the problem, because this problem doesn’t happen on our theme and also it has not been reported by any user on that where on the version 2.9.6.

Hello, I’ve really enjoyed your theme. Great job on it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the layout.
I’ve gotten pretty much every error solved with you guys, except for one. When you try and use the “Custom Skin Builder” in Theme Options to change the theme’s colors, it changes the look of certain parts and you can’t change them back.
Here’s a comparison view: http://i.imgur.com/Fg0sdaD.png The left is the default theme, and the right is whenever you try and use the Custom Skin Builder. You can’t get the same grayed out menu links as with the normal theme.
I’d just like to change “Button Color” from the royal purple and keep everything else, but it’s impossible to retain the original look while using Custom Skin Builder. I think this is an error?

We are happy to hear these kind words from you.
The problem with the skin builder is that it was created and parts with the same color are merged together, so when you change one of them it will change something you didn’t want to change actually.
Can you please send us your site URL first, so we can investigate your site and then get back to you with possible solution.
P.S. make sure you’ve disabled the Maintenance/Coming Soon mode

The only way to add products is through the WordPress backend, the WooCommerce product adding.
Unfortunately, there is no way to split the backend and front-end in two languages, when you select the language in the backend it will be automatically assigned in your whole site.

Of course it is, you can add sub-menu on any menu, just notice that you can’t use mega menu unless you purchase it as it is a premium plugin, not included in the theme.
If you don’t have any books to sell or show as books inside library, then you can skip installing WooCommerce and there will not be a problem about it.

Whats the best way to update a theme (like this) without loosing customizations made?

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH
After this, to update the plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update them.
If you use LayerSlider plugin but can’t update it, please just go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins again, you now can update and activate this plugin again.

Hey I was ready to press forward with this theme, but then tested on a iPhone and it looks like add to cart links have to be clicked twice due to the hover effect. Is this an easy fix? When I googled it I got this page:

Here are 2 screenshots, this affects ALL apple iOS devices. It’s basically forcing customers to click twice on all buttons with any hover effect. This does not happen on android.

I hope its an easy fix. I looked at many themes before finally deciding on this one even though it was created back in 2014 it really is great! But making customers who use Apple mobile devices click on the add to cart buttons twice won’t work. Please let me know. thank you!

The “Add to cart” which is appearing next to plus is a popup which explains to the users the meaning of the “plus” and that is the main use of it, you’re right about the cart where the “add to cart” is being shown twice and that doesn’t seem user friendly.
You have an option in the theme if you want to hide the + completely and instead of it show the “Add to cart” as a button and this will work with one click, it will add to the cart.

OK. The + and everything works great on desktop and android, Apple just makes things complicated. If switching from + to “add to cart” fixes having to click the button twice on apple to actually add to cart then I should be good to go. This is also not an issue on the actual product pages – there is no hover effect on add to cart on individual product pages – so one click adds the item right to cart on iphones.

which seems to work when I do it in Chrome inspector – but using the CSS editor it does not work – any suggestions?

— We don’t have any lightbox feature implemented in the theme and also we don’t officially support any so if you’re trying to implement it you may have any issues with it.
— It is a built-in theme feature. The order of the next/prev is how you have set the ordering in Products (backend)

Hello,
i am using woocommerce with aurum jewelry template and i have the following issue. When adding a product to an already opened order, the stock is not reduced.
For example let’s say that we have a product ring with the stock of 10 items. The customer buy online one ring (so the stock automatically reduced to 9 items) but after the send of the order realizes that she want another one, so i add another product to her order manually but the stock not changed to 8 items but remains to 9 items).
Please let me know if this is a bug or something else. Thank you

When I upload a new product image to the website, Wordpress is not creating a new image with dimensions that i assigned in the -> Catalog thumbnail size.
The only image that is generated is the original 700×700 image that I upload to wordpress. Nothing else is being created.
