I recently bought your theme and it works great, a little bit of a learning curve getting used to how things function. I have a few questions regarding this theme…
1) Is there any way to grid single releases on a module or page without a carousel? I want grid single releases like the photo gallery module.
2) Is there any way to add a buy link directly to the release instead of having to go to the album or ep page then clicking on the buy link?
3) Can I use visual composer with this theme?
Hi! 1) I’m sorry there is no such function. In alternative you can link to an archive page. 2) No there is no such function in Vice, only in Sonic. If you want to change theme no problem just le tme know. In alternative, please contact us via email at info@qantumthemes.com and say “as offered in the Themeforest forum” to please add the direct cart as in Sonik to the Vice theme, probaly the developer can add it as function in next theme update. 3) technically yes no problem, but some elements of Visual Composer can be incompatible with the Ajax loading, which you can eventually deactivate in backend (appearance->customize->ajax page load)
Like if music is playing it only has a pause button.
What do you want to do if is playing? Play again? I don’t understand…

Hi, i’m running a test version, before buying, but i came upon one major problem (for me). I use a lot op pictures, but can’t seem tot find a way to upload them the a specific album in 1 time. Now i have to do one-by-one. Is there a workaorund? (Every month i will have more then 200 new pictures…)

Hi I don’t understand somehitng: those pictures are like galleries to be inside of the text content of an album or the featured images of each album?
Let me re-write my question. When i add a new gallery i CAN ad photo’s to them. But i have to manually add them to the album. I would like to add multible pictures to this album at once.
Ok, so just simply click the media button, click gallery, drag all the pictures inside.
There is no such button. There is only a field called “Choose image”. When i press this i will be directed to the galley. But there i can only select one picture en there is NO ‘inside field” to drag multiple photo’s. Can this has something to do with my version of vice? Can you check? www.djjeffreyt.com
I know how to, but i use the gallery section provided with this theme. There i can not do this.
No is a complete different thing, the gallery from the theme is made to allow you mix videos and pictures so you can’t just “drop them all in”.
How many modules can you add to one page?
unlimited but the weitght can become embarassing for loading time
Does the Radio feature read meta data?

Hi, your antivirus has blocked the demo for wrong reasons. We already made a research about it, looks like many antiviruses block strong commercial websites and ask for a payment to unblock it. We will not play this blackmail game from antivirus companies, and I can guarantee that the website is completely safe, and If you want to see it you need to allow the page manually on your antivirus settings. I think Panda Online is a serious company and as I am very interested in see your theme I wrote Panda Antivirus and asked for a review of your website. I wrote as a customer and they must answer me. I recommend you write them too (http://www.pandasecurity.com) because I had a similar case than yours a few years ago and they unblocked my website whithout any payment. If Panda unblock your website I will let you know. 
Thank you, we originally did it for a couple of antiviruses, then when they started asking money for some sort of certification, we understood the kind of marketing that was going on. So basically is clearly a cash extorsion technique and is no point in falling in this trap.
I just bought Vice with great excitement! Couldnt wait to install it. Did it as per your instructions, but there seems to be a really irritating error! Uploaded demo and ready to work on site. When i click on the side menu, then select featured artist, it scrolls perfectly to the Featured Artists. Great. but there is no scroller? ie. When i click on the Bio, I only see the artist picture. Am I missing something here?
How do i go about disabling the audio player from appearing on the website. We do not need this feature.

Question Pre Selling Hello I am analyzing this thema, I am Musician and I see that the music play stops playing when the MENU pages change. Hello, what you mean the Menu page changes? Vice is completely ajaxed regarding the music in the bottom player so it shouldn’t sto when you change page.
Hello, I love the video background, but this is totally not visible on other devices like mobile and tablets. It keeps hanging and spinning, but the video is never visible! But in the description was mentioned that this would work on all devices! What to do?

Is not supported on mobile, that’s it. It cannot work and you can only set static image as page background. This because of a security limit on mobile.
Ohhhh that’s one of the reasons I took the product. And also not on tablets? I have under the video a static image, but that you also don’t see or do I have to put the video completely off then to see an image on the phone/tablet?
The demo is the same as your product, and there are no themes with mobile video background for the exact same reason (is a hard-block from the hardware/software of mobile phones and tablets). For this reason, you can specify for each page a background image, which will be loaded below the video, so when it’s not visible the background image will appear.

Ciao, ho un problema con il Background per Mobile. non visualizzando il video, in alcuni dispositivi, l’immagine viene rimpicciolito e posta o in alto o al centro, risultando molto brutta, e lasciando i moduli a seguire, vuoti di background. Ho letto in una discussione precedente la possibilità di “adeguare” un Revolution Slide per non perdere l’effetto full dell’immagine di sfondo. Ho scaricato e creato un Template scroll, lasciano unicamente la intro FULLscreen di Background. come lo adatto al tema?

Ciao! In mobile non c’è video background perchè tutti i dispositivi mobile lo bloccano per impostazioni di sicurezza. Puoi creare una sezione con revolution slider ma comunque non funzionerà il video background in mobile, i cellulari possono solo aprire il video normalmente come qualunque altro video che clicchi e viene riprodotto, non c’è modo che vada in background.
Pre-Sale question. I really like the theme, the only thing that I would like to change is the canvas menu, to a normal horizontal menu at the top. is this possible?

You definitely should include a normal navigation menu, more people will buy it! Can you customise it for me if I buy it?
No I’m sorry this theme doesn’t have such menu nor is possible to add it at the moment. The theme si already full of functions and the design was born explicitly like this.
I am running my Vice theme over SSL and now the Podcast module with SoundCloud URL isn’t secure and won’t display. If I post the SoundCloud url anywhere else in posts or pages it’s fine.
If I turn the Module off, the icon goes away and the site is secure

Hi, sorry for delay but we don’t offer support here but in helpdesk. By the way SHoutcast doesn’t normally work over SSL as all shoutcast services are normally provided only via http, so if you have https also your shoutcast should be in https. You can try setting https in the mp3 stream URL but if your provider is not in SSL too, it won’t work and is nothing we can do, not is a theme limitation but a general security block to precent XSS attacks.
Is not only for radios or for this theme, no browser can connect an http with https external server, or opposite. Is forbidden in any browser.
Hello. I have a little problem with the auto play function. It is checked but when the main page is loaded, the player doesn’t start. Any clue how to fix it?
Hi! The autoplay uses a cookie for the play state. You may have saved the state of the player in your cookie so it doesn’t start. Otherwise if someone don’t want the music it can just bother the visito at any page change.

Hello, i have a question about artists. I added an artist.
When I look with the side menu at the artist, everything is working properly.
But if I look with the module icon then everything is working exept music and videos. If I press on those links nothing happens.
And when I choose videos or music as a first tab in tab customizer, then i see the videos (when i choose for videos) but not the music and the other way around.
But the next problem is then, when i go to for instance biography, then I can not go back to the videos or music.
Can you explain why this is not working? And advice me! Thank you in advance Lilian

Hi, I really like this theme and as I was looking at the live preview I noticed that when I clicked on a video, the audio playlist did not automatically stop. Is this something that can be selected in the theme? I like the audio playing while browsing the other pages, but once a video is selected, can I have it so that the audio on the music player automatically stops? Thanks.
Hello! I’m sorry but this is not possible, the 2 components don’t communicate together as are completely separate things, as the television and the stereo in a room. You may choose to light the radio ant tv at home and they don’t know about each other, is a visitor’s choice to do that. We knew about this limitation but after long analysis we concluded that most of the sites were working in this way. Is same as you can push breaks and accelerator of your car together, breaking the engine, is a possibility but not a normal way to use a device.
My current theme does this, so I thought it would be easy to do. It’s a bit dated and non-responsive so I want to revamp it with your theme. It’s unfortunate that it doesn’t do it automatically but thank you for letting me know. I believe I’ll be buying this anyway. It’s just such a beautiful theme.
Well the fact is that Vice is already overloaded of javascript and adding such controls may just make it heavier, while actually nobody complained for this so can’t add this function for a single customer adding 50 lines of code for other 1700 users who don’t ask for it, because in the end is not a bug but something to prevent a bad user behavior. Thank you very much for your suggestion by the way, will still put it in the queue for further improvement.
The extended podcast info and statistics from Blubrry Powerpress or Podtrac would be a godsend on on the admin side. How “exceptionally difficult” would it be to substitute Powerpress/Podtrac for the default podcast setup in Vice?
Well, essentially the theme stores the URL, then in case of Soundcloud or Mixcloud there is a javscript function creating the embedded player. If you integrate URL from other services, you can simply add (if existing) a plugin from your service, or create a small javascript to generate the player.
So with a small external integration you can achieve it, but you have to do it yourself or hire a developer as we don’t have any other request for those websites (sorry!). Best regards Igor
I want to buy this theme more before I want to take some doubts. I see the events page, half strange here for me, would I have to put a different way of presenting the events page ?? I do not want that map showing up on the whole page. I’m waiting.
Hello! The theme has an alternative events module for the home without the map, which is a sliding carousel.
