You can save the logos as a single transparent png file and display them in that space – that would be fine.

Well that requirement is not theme specific. You can use a plugin like this to display posts within a page. There are parameters within it which allow you to specify a category. You’d likely need to tweak some styling yourself.

That’s a general and open issue with your theme which I found.

Just shrink your browser between 993px and 1100px size and open your demo site and you can see the transparent logo is missing.

I am surprised that no one has noticed this issue yet
