Yes, you can sell the site but not the Porto theme after modifications. But you can use the Porto theme single license for the single domain.

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

If you will add the Post Categories in the menu then you can add easily the Post categories in the menu then when user click on that menu it will show the category page auto but if you want to create the manual page then you can add the post categories in the pages only in that way as I told you earlier in my last message.
