Dear Team, Yesterday (Feb 1,2017) i was provide the WP & Login Details, Today (Feb 2, 2017) I received the message from FRESHFACE – Tomas, but now getting the same issue that i am not able to post comment on fourm thread, there showing message “The topic ‘thinktech – topic from item comments’ is closed to new replies.”

It should be working out of the box and you can even set these colors (text and background) for every type of your menu. So please make sure, that you have filled these colors (Screenshot). I don’t want to sound too cheesy now but sometimes we too are surprised by the natural flexibility of Ark when people ask us all sorts of questions and how to achieve something very specific and unusual (not your case though, your question was still pretty simple). We are happy with what we have done with Ark and consider it our number one platform for the future, we don’t work on new themes anymore because Ark has everything. Now it is all about making it even better with continuous development.

Thank you for contacting us, this is a great question!

Yes, this is possible. Here is a quick step-by-step guide:

1) Create a new page.

2) Activate Fresh Builder on it.

3) Create the content you want to see in lightbox using the Fresh Builder interface.

4) Scroll down and change the page layout to “blank page” so you won’t see any headers, footers, etc. on your final page.

5) Publish the page.

Then you can simply copy the URL of this page and insert it into the lightbox option and the page will pop up in lightbox when prompted by the user.

By moving up and down you mean reorder it with other Sections? If yes, then it can be done, but out of the box the breadcrumbs element is not in the “Content” builder but it is in the “Titlebar” builder. That’s why you cannot reorder it within main content without moving it into main content builder first. With The Ark you have builders for more than just inner page text like all the other themes, you have builders for:

• Header
• Titlebar
• Inner Post Content
• Outer Post Content
• Global Post/page/category/etc Wrapper
• Footer
• Boxed Site Wrapper (coming soon, currently in development)
• Post Loop Builder (coming soon, currently in development)
• Dynamic Template
• ...and more

You can move your content around in all of them, the content is compatible with any of these places.

So what you need to do is:

Go to “Ark > Titlebars”, there you will see a builder. Copy the only Section that is there to anywhere else you would like to have it. You can copy/past anything with right-click on your mouse, even between different builders/pages.

I meant move it up and down as in make the breadcrumbs (titlebar I think) less close to header. Please see this example image. http://imgur.com/a/WIqnG

I’m trying to make the text ‘S’impliquer’ further away from the logo, without expanding the size of the actual image header itself.

I understand now, thank you for clarifying it. We have a built-in option specifically for this situation and it is called “header white space compensation”. You can turn it on here:

WP Admin > Ark > Headers > Select the correct header (there is around 15 of them out of the box) > tab General > Check the box that says “Compensate white space under header”.

On top of that, you can also customize the paddings of your breadcrumb section here if you want:

WP Admin > Ark > Titlebars

Yes, of course, you can use 4000+ icons delivered with Ark, or you can update your own icon fonts. After uploading, these icons will be available in our Icon Picker tool and you can use the fulltext search. For more info check this video

Disregard my first message.

I was able to install the Ark theme via FTP.

I think the file is too large (around 64mb) for WP installation that’s why I kept on receiving the error message “Wordpress Failure Notice.”

But when I installed the theme via FTP, it worked.

Yes, I also got a local host.

The cart in header is visible only if you have the WooCommerce plugin active. But if you want to run WooCommerce and still not want the cart in the header we will make an option for this in the next update so you can hide it easily. In the meantime, you can start a topic on our forums, include a link to your website using the red private button and one of our developers will write a custom CSS code for you that will hide it temporarily so you don’t need to wait for that update.

The Ark follows the coding standards of WordPress so I don’t see a reason why it shouldn’t work. But in the rare case when it won’t work (plugins are 3rd party code afterall so we don’t know how good they are), then you can ask us for our help and if we won’t be able to make it work for you then we can easily refund you your purchase.

It works out of the box, but we would recommend you to start your website with SSL already turned on, because WordPress core might sometimes struggle with the migration (hardcoded absolute paths). It has been 4 hours since you send us your WP login, so we can inspect it and we just figured it out. It was conflict with your 3rd party plugin and wrong permissions set on file when migrating the website from staging to production server. You should be allright now

1.) Circle section – yes, of course this is a text and it’s fully editable. The look of this text is caused by CSS transform filters

2.) Lifestyle demo – we do not have scheduled demo like this right now

3.) There are 200+ elements currently, so these circles are having actually integrated animation, because this is fundamental for them. But you can use many of similar elements, which will like this but will not be animated.

Best and easiest way would be to duplicate your site, including database and migrate it to your production server. Then run a find&replace query across your database, as you are use to Last thing you would need to do would be a custom regexp replacing images url in content of our posts, but we will be introducing this in new admin menu called “Migration” very soon.

In the meantime, if you open ticket including your logins, I’ll do this image replacement for you.
