The matter is that the Profiles shortcode doesn’t provide the option for scrolling or sliding. I can recommend you to add the doctors as the projects post types and display them using the Posts Slider Shortcode. Or you can use a third party plugin for this purpose, we just can’t recommend any at the moment as we haven’t tested such plugins compatibility with the theme. Appreciate your understanding.

Hi I am trying to create a platform for multiple counselors/psychologists to provide their services .(the website is not for a clinic ..it is a platform that will host different psychologists profiles who work in different locations)

1. Sure, the theme has universally useful functionality and the design can be customized, if required. “Departments” is just a page title, you can change it according to your needs or create your own page.
2. You can easily add needed pages to your menu, and use the Profiles shortode to show the profiles of all doctors/counselors on the website.

Please add the “cmsmasters-icon-” prefix before the icon name in the code, like cmsmasters-icon-phone-1 instead of icon-phone-1. For example, for Phone you can use the following code:

Hi Again,, one more question… In header menu, Right Side two Icons, I need to remove Cart Icon coz in my site not going to use purchasing system..
So how can i replace Cart icon to Any other Icon and set hyperlink; i need to replace cart icon to; Appointment Button… In your theme option, doesnt have any option to disable/replacements….

The matter is that the Cart icon is added to the header because of the WooCommerce plugin functionality. To remove it, you can simply deactivate this plugin. Changing this icon to any other requires the third-party plugin customization that is beyond our support policy, appreciate your understanding.

I shared the latest theme version for you, so please check your inbox and Spam folder. Please download the zip-archive with the theme to your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as medical-clinic/medical-clinic). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “medical-clinic-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up on your server.
Besides there is a need to update Content composer plugin included to the theme. Please delete the previous plugin version and install the new one from the medical-clinic\theme-framework\admin\plugins folder. It should be helpful.

There are 2 visible annoying bugs…when u make an appointment without texting anything…it tells u that the appointment was succesfully sent…and the other one is down in the footer where also when sending a message it tells that was sent without typing…fix it mabye?

In fact there are no bugs – theme form builder has an option of making any field be required or not, when a field is set as required, the form will not allow sending before this field is filled in. Hope this is helpful, thanks.

For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Medical Clinic theme is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options.

Google maps not working???

The matter is that a while ago Google changed the way Google Maps should function and now API key is required. Please add your key in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom codes tab. The key can be generated here. Here is a video instruction so that you can see how the key should be generated. Please be sure that you activated the Google Maps JavaScript API and Google Maps Geocoding API.

As for the messages concerning purchase code – as developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we can provide it. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest.
