Hi there i can not save the changed custom skin

it was working fine on localhost, as soon as i moved it to the server, just can not save the custom skin from theme options

Hi,

I think that it’s the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

Before purchasing this item I’d like to clarify one thing.

You say that Revolution Slider, Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer are included, and you specify their values ($71 total).

Are these plugins officially fully licensed? Do they come with a license key or will I be asked to enter a key (even if the plugins are functioning correctly)? Will I be able to update these plugins the same way other (purchased by me or free) plugins are updated?

All of these plugins are free, purchased by SW and already included in the theme.

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for these plugins. These plugins are already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. You can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

Hey i have the theme for some while now, i noticed all my links have the nofollow attribute to them on looking around i found out that your theme is made that way to add nofollow to links this is looking bad for my site in terms of seo i have a warning from semrush of 7000+ links being nofollow what can i do to avoid this?

Please go to wp-content/themes/porto/inc/menu/menu.php file edit the file find “nofollow” on line number 975, please comment this line. Then your all nofollow links will remove.

Since updating the Porto theme, Revolution Slider crashes my site. Is there a solution for this?

Also, after uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling, I’ve been attempting to edit pages and I’m unable to do so. When I click on edit, I’m taken to a blank page. This is unreal. Like a nightmare.

Any news? I have done a completely clean install of WP on a new database and I’m still the theme is still not working, This I began installing all required plugins provided with this theme and upon installing Yith Woocommerce Wishlist Install that site crashed (500 – Error). Renamed that file via cPanel and site rendered. Then I installed Yith Woocommerce Ajax Product Filter and again the site crashed. So, I renamed that file via cPanel and the site rendered. I installed Yith Woocommerce Ajax Search and the site once again crashed (500 Error). Went into cPanel again and renamed the plugins and the site rendered. Revolution Slider was installed on the new database and it did not crash the site. However, whenever I click on the RevSlider link in the menu sid bar, it crashes my site. May I please have this resolved. If I seem a little impatient, I apologize. But I have been trying to get this theme to work for almost a week now and it is very frustrating.

No, we have not any demo with the Wide Left Sidebar or the Wide Right Sidebar. But you can set it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Page Layout.

Actually, we have using the YITH Ajax Search free plugin in our theme. The Product Tags Search feature only available in the Premium version of the plugin. So, if you buy the YITH Ajax Search Premium plugin then you can do that.
