Hello! Have problems with multisite and theme. On general site theme work correctly, but on another sites I can’t change settings (../wp-customize.php) and UX builder not working – it stay in infinity loading. In web and your documentation you advice to change memory limit, on my server it is 256mb -didn’t help. Another plugins or something not installed- all is new and clean .

i deactivated WordPress MU Domain Mapping and now subdomains work correctly, but it’s plugin need to mapping on another domains. how to resolve this?

oh on the plugin ubermenu wa spostet 22 days before from plugin author ;UberMenu is compatible with Avada’s main menu. With Flatsome, you’d need to follow the manual integration instructions here: Flatsome (UX Themes)..
where can i find the ubermenu plugin in theme bzw how to activate it?
on integrations only stand this:Additional options for integrated plugins will be shown here if they are activated.
UberMenu is not included. It’s a seperate plugin

Hi, with full width layout/elements is there a max-width setting for the site? So on massive horizontal resolutions (like 3,000px +) the layout doesn’t look daft (i.e. where text would go over a few lines at 1280px wide it goes over 1 or 2 lines at 3096px wide and looks wrong).

I found the setting, where it would be expected to be lol! On another note what’s going on with your support? I see you refer registered buyers to your official support portal which is fair enough. What about pre-purchase enquiries such as this, are they less priority now and will you answer every one? Understandable if they are less priority, I’ve been reading the comments for ages now and will do up until the point we buy your theme. It does seem out of the blue that you haven’t answered some (old) questions though compared to your previous responses. Not a criticism as such, was just after an explanation as to what happened? Much love for what looks like a pretty amazing theme, just worried about the support now.

I recently had a request to update the site to use SSL certificate and I noticed that after I replaced url in database from http to https, all of my theme settings are gone and i have to redo all settings.
Is there an easier way to do this?

I’m sorry but this is not theme related, but WordPress related. It should be easy to change the url. The theme settings usually changes only if you change name of the theme folder.
Hi, is it possible to add the floating icons you show in demo through your theme (The “Demos” image and ”$59 Buy Now” text) which shows on every page floating on the right side? When I click on the Demos icon a popup appears… Is that a shortcode or an element? I was not able to find any documentation on your site….

Hello. Pre-sales question… I like the Impreza Theme for its drag and drop header builder and animation capabilities of VC elements everywhere. Does Flatsome have animation areas in the VC elements? Like bounce in and fade out and all that stuff? I love your popup login and how neat and perfect all the styling and formatting is out of the box. Just wondering if Flatsome has all the types of effects and animation of elements capabilities as some other themes. Thanks!

@ author: And second small trouble / bug what need fix or create option for mobiles. On Contact page when we set in Map “Show content” and in desktop browser we set background for example on 20, so on desktop is it ok. But on mobiles/phones is it so small, that text is over map without background. This you can fix when you add into “Show content in map” option for phones (I not know, you can add option show on mobiles yes/no or add field that we can set different number for phones only – what you select is on Your)
But for authors, is strange, because this Map ShowContect for example on page OurStores works and here is good scaling for text and background in ShowContent Map. But ShowContent text and background not good scaling on Contact page. So please fix it, thanks.

@ author: Please on page About us and Team, when I add member and want add social icons under his image, so here not exist icon for Google+ but on other places on theme this is. Maybe someone your programmer not remember on this, please can you add it / fix, in next version please?
And maybe be good, when flatsome team add into this social buttons option for users arang this icons (for example I prefer have on first position mail, and after fb, yt, g+ etc) but now I cannot set which icon be first second third etc.

Hi there, what Safari version are you using? It’s working here We use the Flexbox CSS feature for this.
