I have created a new menu in WP. However it does not appear as a “drag and drop item” in the header builder. Or is it only available for the main menu? Please help. Thanks!
Hi there, you can only have “Main menu” and “Top menu” in the header builder. You can assign these when you create a menu.
We bought your theme in 2014. We are upgrading to your latest release but notice our purchase code will not be accepted in activate theme upgrade. We were upgrading from 2.9. We downloaded our purchase code from Envato control panel “Downloads”.

Hi yes I downloaded it from my Downloads section on Theme Forest I tried it again 3 times today and no luck. It is only installed on one site. All I did was upgrade to latest version.

Today, no CPT posts are display in search results and in CPT post title section and some pagination and archive pages of CPTs.
Means the theme isn’t compatible with CPT posts.

Hello, After i updated to version 3 the the Customizer window loads but i have no options. I had to revert cu version 2 to get it to work. I had disabled all plugins but still didn’t work.

DUPLICATED UPSELL PRODUCTS

When I put upsell products on the sidebars there is no option to delete them from below the product description, and then they appear duplicated. How could I put upsell products only on the sidebar and not below product description?

Does this theme modify the htaccess file in any way? Custom code in my htaccess file keeps getting erased whenever I add CSS through Flatsome admin interface. Is this expected or is this caused by something else?
Hi there, not this theme does not do anything with the .htacces file It must be something WordPress does?
I like having the Wishlist, but I would prefer only having it displayed on the individual product pages. What CSS can I add to disable the wishlist icon on the category pages that show multiple products? I was able to disable the Quick View option, but want the Wishlist option on the thumbnails to be removed also.

Hi, When i search something i want to display only pages no blogpost and products. ( i dont use woocommerce btw ) After search it only displays me blogpost and no pages. When i search for a page it doesnt appears that its nothing found.. only a blank space appears where the page result should be. Is this a bug?

Great design and I was wondering if this message is normal for this theme:
“Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines. This is very bad for SEO and should be fixed.”
I am currently using Yoast SEO plugin and have never had this issue with other themes. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there, are you sure you have remove the blocking of search engines? In Wp-admin > Settings > Reading
I have removed the blocking of search engines, but the issue still exists. As of right now, the front page is set to ‘Agency’ and posts page is set to ‘Blog.’

Ok, then I would try contact your host. I don’t think this is Flatsome theme related
I really like this theme but recently started having problem with UX builder. All of a sudden it doesn’t load and gives error message “Session expired, please log in again. The login page will open in new window. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.” Nothing happens when I click the link or try logging in again.

I have raised a ticket for below problem but so far no response: Since the mayor upgrade of Flatsome we have various issues with our website To be specific: 1. any type of update such as plugin causes following error: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC ”-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 503 Service Unavailable Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
2. Updating product permalinks do not work.

Hi there, to be honest this sounds like a problem with your WordPress install and has nothing to do with Flatsome. Most of the stuff you mentions is core WordPress functionality and not controlled by Flatsome.

Since Shop-Page and Category Pages have also influences in SEO and Rankings, please include also a function, to modify this pages with builder. The products and / or categories are alway there. We need great ranking stuff as another pages and shops. Please take it as feature request.
We have also PHP 7.1 error on two different accounts with flatsome. Same error as csxilin.
We’ll have this fixed in next version Everything should work as normal if you disable the wp_debug option.

Ok thank you. I believe this is going to be my first theme. The UX builder makes me feel confident that I can make the things I have in mind, without the CSS knowledge I do not have, I tried the visual composer but UX seemed more friendly. Thank you for your fast reply

Hi,
Whenever I choose a grid or row option, for showing articles or products. It hapens that when the page is loaded, the images are blurry. After refreshing the images are perfect. (Somethimes I have to refresh a couple of time to.)
This happens bot with lazy loading on and off.
When the images are blurry and a resize my browser they get sharp again. (With resizing I mean only change like 1 or 2 millimeter)

Can you remove HTTP prefix in URL path of LOGO, please?
I am using Cloudflare Flexible SSL.
If removing prefix isn’t possible, can you add input field to edit URL path manually in Settings?
Flatsome V2 had ability to edit path, but V3 hasn’t.
When I wanted to edit URL path logo in MySQL, all Theme Settings has gone (erased).
P.S. The “ozwds” aboved user, had similar problem.
We have fixed this for version 3.2.5 It’s out soon
Or, I think I misunderstood the question. We use the default home_url() function for this. So you must use a plugin like https://nb.wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ to fix it

hi in desktop view, account icon gives me goole+ and facebbok login, but when i change in mobile or tablet google+ and facebook login is not there as an option. can i have both facebook and google+ login in tablet and mobile too?
