I think the last time I’ve checked your demo > there was one demo page with some particle effect (html5 canvas?) – I can’t find it anymore. Where is it?
Any way, my pre purchase question was regarding that particle effect. Do you by any chance know if it will work in lousy browsers such as evil IE, Edge, Safari, etc.? Or it’s gonna slow everything?

You’d need to use one of the other team member styles – the fullscreen meta offers a square size for the image and the classic style shows the image without cropping at all

Hello there,
I was wondering were we can configure ‘Page Header’ settings for each page because it’s much easier. Many themes got this. And I don’t really feel to set the same settings for each page while you normally could do that in Theme Settings > Page Header settings. Also there are no breadcrumbs?

1. There’s no way to globally set the page header from the options panel as of now, though I’ve noted the idea for the wishlist
2. Breadcrumbs are supported through Yoast SEO
Hello guys, my website purchased Salient earlier but is under another person’s account, seems license is missing. (My Salient version: 6.1.7, VC version: 4.7.4)
I have few questions:
1. My VC can’t use right now, after click on page builder, nothing appear in the box and unable to add any rows or elements, what’s the problem here?
2. If I need to purchase again, after 6 months expired, can I still update Salient & VC?
3. I have installed Envato Toolkit, it should be able to update automatically right?
Any comments will be much appreciated.

You’ll need to use the latest version of Salient & the Salient VC to have compatibility with the current WP. Have you checked out the updating docs in regards? http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ You don’t need to buy anything again, you just need access to the account you purchased the theme with

I figured it out. Under the portfolio item, there is a header number two. I added this to CSS: #page-header-wrap, #page-header-bg { display: none; } It fixt the problem. I wanted to remove the header.

Thank you! You just need to set the row that holds the slider to “full width background” for the type This will remove the bottom margin normally present on “in container”

Hello guys and thanks for your awesome theme, our webdesigner installed your theme on our website, everything ok until he tried to go multilanguage: now when switching from IT to EN and then return to IT i have problems with nectar slider and menu: somehow the slider creates fake sliders (there are currently 3 buttons that becomes 5), and the menu becomes sticky… it does not fade out. Also on the loading time during language switch it shows for less than a second a screen with like “start typing” written on it.
to be honest i don’t now if it is a problem related to your theme, or something else, but the two multilanguage websites are not using plugins in order to have multilanguage capability, we just used the multisite/multilanguage capability of wordpress by itself (used to be knownw as wordpress MU)

I’m having trouble with a couple of tasks and hope you can shed some light…
1) I cannot see the shortcode generator in the page editor section (in either Visual or text mode). Is this something I need to set up manually? I have also disabled Woocommerce, might this have something to do with it?
2) I am hoping to add some custom CSS to the hover tooltip text. Please can you help me locate the correct CSS class and tell me in which CSS file it is?

1) I have just noted the nectar shortcodes button is available to me, I was just looking for the orange button in the icon menu as per the tutorial I was following, but can now see there is a button with “nectar shortcode” button above text editor. I guess its just a different version.
2) By tooltip, I’m referring to the Dot navigation which I am using for fullscreen navigation, using the “tooltip” option. the default text is white, contained in a turquoise speech bubble type graphic when mouse hovers over.

You set the logo height in the Salient options panel > logo & general settings tab with the “Logo Height” field. It can be set to display at any size so there is no one right size, it just depends on your desired logo size

to use portfolio items that small modding would need to be done to change the column number as the portfolio doesn’t offer columns that small by default

Hi there, I’m trying to use a child-theme for the first time and have come across a problem. When I’m adding in the menu items, the sub menu is constantly displayed (when it is on a non- child-theme the menu behaves normally with it only being displayed when you hover on the parent) When inspecting the code, it appears that the ul item, which has class of “sub-menu” doesn’t have the inline style of being hidden. I think this may be a .js issue but can’t see where it may be coming from.
Unfortunately the site isn’t fully public at the moment so I don’t have a URL to show you but I’m hoping you have experienced this before or someone else has and have a possible solution, thank you

Hello—trying to figure out why, since the most recent update, what was once full screen no longer shows as full screen.
For example:
http://www.michaeljoseph.com/image-gallery/The image gallery used to be full width. No longer.
Then I saw the option that each page has to ‘activate full width rows.’
The end result:
http://www.michaeljoseph.com/paris/Yes it’s full width but now all the spacing is skewed.
Am I missing something or would I have to go to each and every page and change settings on every gallery?
