Hi, footer widget disapper in the RTL when the site is transalted to Arabic. I can see it in the english version but it disapper in the arabic version (footer 1 widget) . Any hints to resolve ?

I like your theme but found one issue when using it as an ecommerce store with woocommerce. When you have installed an SSL certificate to secure your checkout page (https://yourdomain.com/checkout) and loaded a custom logo, the browser shows a mixed content warning because the logo is loading from a non-secure http:// location. I saw another user’s (lunika) comment below with the same issue from about 4 months ago on page 553 of your comments tab, and I have found a temporary solution and a suggestion on how to fix the error.

lunika comment: Hi, I make use of flatsome 3, but the header logo is always served over http instead of https. This gives a mixed content warning on the secured (checkout) pages. I saw in one of your comments that you recommend a plugin called simple ssl, but that one makes the whole site https and I don’t want that. Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible in the flatsome code? Thank you! Bart

How to fix mixed content warning for the header logo on the secured (https://) checkout page without changing the whole site to https://.

The flatsome default logo is named logo.png and is located in the directory wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/img/logo.png. The secure (https://yourdomain.com/checkout) checkout page gets no mixed content error when the flatsome default logo is used. So you need to substitute your logo for the flatsome default logo and it will fix your problem.

First take your logo and save it as the file name logo.png. Log in to your cpanel – file manager, go to public_html/yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/img/ directory. Rename the flatsome logo.png file to anything different (ex. flatsome-logo.png). Now upload your logo named logo.png to the same directory wp-content/themes/flatsome/assets/img/. Go to your Wordpress dashboard – flatsome – theme options – header – logo & site identity. Click the “remove” button to remove the current logo. Then click the “default” button to load the default logo, which should now be your logo. Now when you go to the secure checkout page your browser should no longer show any mixed content error due to the logo.

For the developer, right now the only option to install the logo is from the public_html/yourdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/year/month/ directory which causes the error on the secure checkout page. It would be best if we can choose the file directory where we want to load the logo file from instead of only choosing from the location where all the product images are loaded – public_html/yourdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/year/month/

When I view my site on mobile and try to open the menu, nothing pops up but the URL adds #jpanelmenu. What can I do to fix this?

Hello there I am facing some issues especialy with the UX builder: 1. The most important is that when i click “Update” or “Save” nothing happens. I dont know how to fix it and many times Im trying to save the changes for 5 minutes. 2. Some elements are not visible in the UX Builder, just say “Loading….”

Great looking theme! We have searched a lot of designs for our business, but most of the themes have very thick headers on mobile, as you can see in this website topshop.com the header is very thin, and we love that. Many themes didn’t tell us if they could but we would definitely purchase your theme if you had the ability of changing the header width on mobile? If so could you please share the custom css for making the width of the header on mobile smaller , as we don’t want to purchase the theme without knowing this is possible 100%.

Per the author’s comment – I disabled ALL plugins and was able to load the UX Builder (http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/202-missing-customizer-or-ux-builder).

Active Plugins at the time were Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms.

what was the fix for “the checkout page when using the mobile version with iPad and iPhone. The ‘State’ drop down box for delivery address does not drop down when it’s clicked once… the only way it drop’s down is if you press hold and release. Its only a small issue but I get customers email me from both business mentioning the problem” ? the latest theme is very different from the version I have so i’m trying to fix the issue on the cart page on mobile while i have time to test the new theme

HI, I noticed that the in the recent update the content map of flatsome is with a capital F and the old version with a small f. Updating in FTP will give you double content. Correct?
