You can add the Whatsapp and skype social icon from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Social Links >> Enable the Social links >> then add the phone number and skype address to the specific fields.

Thank you for contacting us. All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter, though).
So regardless of the number of clients, license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

I would like to know what may be happening with my online store it is very slow. We are using the Port Theme, using dedicated host + cache plugins + minify css, js and html files, compressed images in Tinypng among other things for the website to stay fast but the performance tools are very slow.

Another problem with installing demo…. It’s over an hour already and the installing process stopped almost at the end “processing menus”. Is there a way to uninstall demo and install it again?? I will wait for a little more…but it’s late where i live…

1. Yes, you are able to make the updates of the theme.
2. For Demo Installation – I think you are using the PHP 7 version. Can you please change your PHP 7 version into PHP 5.6 because Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer did not support the PHP 7 version. So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.
IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

i’ve got the website almost done Some detail questions:
1. Category page. Is it possible to switch off “woocommerce-ordering”, and “gridlist-toggle” somewhere in the theme options? Then the top “woocommerce-viewing” could be centered like the one at the bottom.

Sorry to say that yu can not do that, there is no option in the theme to do that. If you will hide it by using the Custom CSS then it will remove from all the pages means also from the shop page as well.

That’s what i did. Some more questions: 1. How to change the names: “Search” and “all categories” in the search form? 2. How to translate “Read more” when You hover a product thumbnail? 3. 1,2&3: If you want to translate these words and other English words then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files.
4(a): You can not change the position of the tabs on the product page. There is no option in the theme to do that.
4(b): Yes, you can set the list manually by using the simple custom post order plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ By using this plugin you can drag and drop the categories up and down easily.

I have just updated the woocommerce….and now WP system is asking me for updating the templates…..there was 24 files that needed to be updated…..when i updated the site doesn’t look properly…...i recovered the old files and than updated the files folder by folder…..i could update only 10 files succesfully…i hope You know the problem and You know how to solve it. Porto updated version has been released now. Please update Porto theme 3.6 with latest Woocommerce compatibility and all templates updated. After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

and one more thing…. How does the searching option works? I hoped it will be searching within the attributes’ values of the product too…but when i type anything that is not in the title of the product – it doesn’t find it.

Please import the demo slider in your site first from the Revolution Slider >> Import. You can find the demo slider inside the theme.zip file, please extract the zip file then you can find the Revolution Slider Demo Folder inside that folder you can find the home-corporate-6 slider.

IMPORTANT: Remember to create or keep an admin account for me before creating the package, or I won’t be able to login. You may delete the newtest admin account once the package has been built.
And please provide that new admin account’s username and password as well so I can login at my local site (and we won’t be able to login to your site since after creating the duplicator package you will delete that new admin user from your main site).
