Hi, In google chrome the site looks ok (even when it is not totally widescreen) in iternet explorer everything is a mess…. Theme 24. already done restyle main styles. doesn’t seem to help.

We have just checked our 24th demo in IE 11 and it works fine form our end. Please note that the minimal supported version of IE is 11 just like it mentioned in our theme system information. Hi I don’t seem to be receiving the confirmation or password reset email for an account I created on your support portal.
The Facebook widget does not appear to work, I have noted this is also the case on the demo site. Is an update required to get it working again?

Please try to check your spam folder for he password reset confirmation email, some of our clients get such kind of emails to spam folder. Please mail us to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com if you will not find it in your spam and we’ll activate your account on our support forum manually. Prepurchase question – in the header style where you have logo in the middle and menu buttons on left and right side of the logo – is it possible to set menu buttons on the left side of the logo to right and menu items on the right side of logo to left? On the demo (header style 4) it is the opposite way.

Hi, I´ve got a problem… The logo in the menu doesn´t link to the homepage anymore!!! I wnat it to be the home-button. I already saw your answers on that topic and tried to delete the mobile logo, but of course I get a problem on my mobile devices then, because the logo is too big there…..

I’ve replaced in the asset/js/jquery.onepagescroll.js every $carousel.slickNext and $carousel.slickPrev with $carousel.slick(‘slickNext’) and $carousel.slick(‘slickPrev’) and now it works.
Another problem, with Chrome 56.0.x the Horizontal Scroll not work, you can see it directly on your demo http://rnbtheme.com/thirty_second/

Also, I notice that http://rnbtheme.com/third/my-product/mechanical-monster/ has the tag ‘My product’ under it but appears under ‘Portfolio’ on the breadcrumbs- which one would this be? Is this http://rnbtheme.com/third/business/post-with-image-and-quote/ a blog post? How difficult would it be to have this as a portfolio page, with a contact card on the side bar? I’d like the contact card to be visible on almost every page (portfolio and blog)- is the contact page available as a widget that I can install on every page? Finally, would I be correct to assume that it would be easy to remove elements on the first page of the demo (services, contact info at the bottom, publication, etc) and would I be able to modify the footer of the page to include all the important pages on my menu? As for your questions:
1. There is an option to enable header top panel for the header style you mentioend in your comment, its not a problem.
2. There also is an option to change the portfolio slg in portfolio item url from the Theme options, it is not a problem as well.
3. You are right, this is a blog post. Most of the elements of this post can be built in the portfolio item but it will be better if you get in touch with us via dynamicframeworks@gmail.com with the list of the elements you want to have on that portfolio item and we’ll check if it’s possible to achive.
4. The fron page of the third demo is built using the Visual Composer modules so it’s not a problem to move/remove/edit those element.

Hi, I am using header 2 when upon scroll, collapses in to a smaller header. However, I must have changed something which has caused the menu text to fall below this small white header. Hello, i’ve a problem with portfolio items and visual composer. I need to create some portfolio items like this for ex. http://themes.dfd.name/ronneby/shortcodes/my-product/left-description/
but i need to put some video player button in the main text, in the post content If i use visual composer to edit the content and use the video player button composer element, or if i simply enable visual composer, in front end i see the visual composer code, withtags added that truncate the vc code, for esample… i do not see MY TEXT but i see: .... MY TEXT and in page source i have:
vc_row[vc_column_text]
MY TEXT
is there a way to use visual composer in portfolio content or to use a video player button withous using visual composer?

The portfolio items within our theme can have the default structure whit different gallery types (small images, big images etc which display the featured image and images gallery) and can be created with Visual Composer elements.
So if you need to use the Visual Composer plugin on the portfolio item page, please navigate to Portfolio item Editor > Single Portfolio item options > Layout type and select > For Page Builder only.
And check the portfolio item after this.

If the Portfolio item is created using Visual Composer modules, you can switch to Classic mode and copy the shortcode of the item and insert it to the newly created one.
In case the item was created using one of the pre-built structures, you need to use extra plugin for this purpose.
