Hello, great theme, thank you very much. I seem to have some issues with the custom styles.
I’ve added:
@media (min-width: 768px), print
.block-search {
width: 350px;
}
.footer-bottom .custom-block a {
color: #8D8D8D;
}
into Custom Style 1 and into Custom Style 2.
Cleared the page cache and configuration.
Cleared the CSS cache.
And I did: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
but the styles won’t show up in:
media/porto/configed_css/settings_default.css
But if I edit the file directly on the server, the styles show up in the file and the page displays the changes.
If I clear cache and css cache again and do a setup:static-content:deploy, my custom changes still remain in the settings_default.css eventhough I’ve got different data in the admin panel.
The file(s) are owned by the magento user and have:-rw-r--r-- 1 mageuser www-data 219 Feb 6 22:37 settings_default.css
What do I do wrong?

Please try to remove pub/media/porto/configed_css/settings_default.css, then go Porto- Setting P anel > Save Configure

Keep Image Aspect Ratio error – When I set a specific image height size for the product page, the video loads with a smaller image height, making it look flat.

Sorry, but this was done by adding a css code .product-video {height: 100%;}
The problem now is that there’s zoom on image hover when it’s a video. How can I disable the zoom, like it is set on Luma theme?

Unfortunately we don’t offer free installation/configuration services. But all required steps are described in the user guide, you need to strictly follow the instructions and check if your server is compatible with Magento. Basically, you only need to upload files to your server and activate the theme via SSH.

I wanna see the exactly the sample config but there are two problems i have encountered. 1. When I have imported the .sql file to Mysql DB, the product page shows nothing and the size of DB doesnt increase 2. I am using cpanel from a hosting company so that I have to install by Softaculous App Installer. After unzipping the theme files, there are 404 pages in configuration panel. I know that some file are not replaced causing the problems. Is there a good way to replace such that a huge amount of files?

You are able to change font style and size of mega menu . But you should use custom css in Porto- setting Panel > Customization Setting. What is your site url, please

Flat Catalog is not working with the bestsellers block, if you want to use Flat Catalog, you should remove bestsellers block in your cms homepage.

Work on my site has been HALTED FOR 6 days because this porto 2.4.5 does not function properly with Magento 2.1.3. Using Demo 4. My program installed the theme at least 3 times.
Steps:
(1) Installed Magento 2.1.3 (2) Installed Porto 2.4.5 (3) Ran Magento & Porto Updates in System > Component Manager SITE BREAKS!

It is interesting that you don’t see the odd page. So I will email the Envato Support and share my issues. I’ll wait to see if they see the odd page which I screenshot to you. 2 people here emailed me and said they see the page in IE 11, Chrome and Firefox.
I have been online in skype for 3 hours waiting for your support person who wants to discuss my issues. I have had to pay my programmer more money for installing Magento 2.1.3 & Porto 2.4.5 (4 times). Now the sample data DOES NOT IMPORT.

1. You can remove the sections mentioned in the ticket from Content > Blocks > Porto- Homeslider 4. I did this for you. There arenot any problem with theme as you mentioned in the comment and ticket system.
2. You have Demo content as our demo 4. But the product images are not included due to image license, but we provide images for sliders and custom blocks.
