We have developed the porto theme with the author named “SW-Themes”. We only give our dedicated support to our valuable customers. If you want to use the latest and updated porto theme then you have to buy new licensed theme from ThemeForest here: http://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-woocommerce-theme/9207399

If you will purchase the new license then your old content of the pages will not work because in our theme we are using the Visual Composer page builder which do not support the old Porto theme. I hope you understand it.

Also i recommend to deal with Header height issue. It is not user friendly to set up custom heights for header and sticky header. Also solid transparent color is the issue.

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with the PHP7 version, we have already tested the theme with PHP7 version.

Also, the height of the header is auto adjusted with the logo height. But you can change the height of the header with custom CSS as well.

I think you are using the PHP 7 version. Can you please change your PHP 7 version into PHP 5.6 because Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer did not support the PHP 7 version. So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.

IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

At this time there is no vendor feature has been added in the theme. The vendor can not put their products on the site and are not able to register themselves.

We will soon release the new version with WC Vendor plugin feature then you will be able to add all the vendor’s feature to the site.

For the Slider, you have to first import the slider in your site from Slider Revolution >> Import.

You can find all the demo slider inside the theme.zip file you have downloaded from the ThemeForest.
