Hey, we are having the same issues as @brandseven mentioned. All caches etc deleted etc…. still the same. Also, after editing a page, and saving, its no longer “full width”, just changing some text and saving and it looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/lna3I

For the life of me, we cannot figure out why the site is not reflecting the latest changes even though we keep deleting the cache on browsers, on the backend of the theme and even contacted our hosting to delete the cache on the server. We’ve made so many changes to design that we’re not able to see the latest site changes. Please Help!

You send same question to email, so we answered it there. Anyway when we were developing Ark, we did our best to make as easy UX as possible (even spent tens of hours in UX lab). Also everything should work smoothly, so most probably there is some kind of problem with your server environment, or you are doing something little bit incorrectly. You have done a f*ing amazing job, really!! I am working with many themes and it’s hard to surprise me, but you guys did
I LOVE the extreme flexibility, which is there with all elements. So many options! And I can actually understand how it works almost right away, which is different with some other themes. Finally no coding right away to make things work.
And thanks for making saving changes this easy and fast with Ajax! I hate having to wait for 20 secs or even minutes for one option to be saved, as is with some other popular themes. Especially if I have to do hundreds and hundreds to build a website.

Hi this is a great theme and I am positively surprised by what you can do with it regarding customization
My question is :
I need to create a grid of many individual Albums/Galleries and display each (album/gallery) in the lightbox? I have a client with many projects (over 100) and each project has 10-20 images. We do not want a detailed description of each project, just to be able to display the images of each project in a lightbox.
So when the user clicks on an grid item (album/gallery) I want this to be displayed on the lightbox without leaving the main grid page. I also need pagination of this grid i.e. 20 project albums/galleries per page.
I have looked at the roadmap and noticed something about an “advanced gallery” so could such a feature be in there?
I really need this feature but if not possible I could use a plugin such as Envira Gallery, Media Grid, The Grid or Essential Grid that support this type of functionality.
But for the record, if it cannot be done in the current version or not in the roadmap I would like to suggest it since it is really useful for projects that do not need detailed descriptions or album grids.

We are very happy that you like the workflow, we’ve spent many months (years if counted in man hours) on the development and it’s great to finally see someone using and enjoying the finished product But the work is never done so we continue the development and aim to bring you even more and better things in the future as well.
What you saw on the roadmap is a feature that will allow you to easily drop a lot of images and it will create a gallery automatically. We already have Portfolio for this, but it requires every photo to be inserted into a separate Portfolio Post which can be pretty time consuming to create if you have hundreds or even thousands of images. So we want to implement something much more quick to use for those who would prefer it compared to a regular Portfolio feature.
What you want to create can be done using the Portfolio feature now but you can only have 1 image in the lightbox, not 10-20 as you have requested. This is something we want to address in future updates as well, alongside the gallery feature because they are tied connected in some ways. Alternatively, In current situation, you could link the site visitors from your grid view (portfolio category page) into a single portfolio post page. On that single portfolio post page you can display anything related to that particular project because there is full Fresh Builder canvas. Another alternative would using using one of the plugins you have mentioned of course. Let me know if we can be of any assistance with this, we will do our best to help you.

Thanks for the feedback!. I honestly do not mind using any of the plugins for the moment because I am used to them and the client wants everything displayed from the same page. The reason I am suggesting this though is because I would love to use the Theme as my base platform from now on. The AJAX Quick Save alone is truly a time savior.

I just bought “The Ark” as you say it is compatible with WooCommerce. However I cannot find any examples of category, product, checkout or cart pages. How can I build an ecommerce shop with WooCommerce without any help on the styling of these pages?
Your help/advice s needed! Do you recommend I should buy a WooCommerce specific theme?

WooCommerce create the necessary pages (shop, checkout, etc … ) automatically after installation. But you can also import our “Heatlhy food store” ecommerce demo.

You should upload the “ark-upload-this.zip” file. if that won’t work then your server has low php upload limit set in it’s settings. You can either ask your hosting provider to up the limits or you can unzip that file and upload the “ark” folder you will find inside to your ”/wp-content/themes” directory.

I am new to WordPress/Woocommerce and am wondering about your WooCommerce “Ark” theme. You do not show many final Ark website templates like other sellers on themeforest. Are you offering more of a system to easily create your own website?
Also, does “Ark” support MegaMenu and “Visual Composer”. I did not see any MegaMenu on your examples. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a particular feature that you found impressive after installing and didn’t read about it in our promo materials? So can add it to the materials and help others to get a better idea about the theme and all it’s features.
Regarding mega menu, we have our own that can be seen on the main demo here when you hover your mouse over the PAGES top navigation menu item.
We do not include Visual Composer because we have our own, much more flexible system (Fresh Builder). But if you need Visual Composer for whatever reason then it should work as a plugin, it’s just not something we recommend with Ark because there is no benefit in using it in 99% of cases. People who used Fresh Builder often say that when they come back to their old sites with Visual Composer that it’s very uncomfortable to use and highly inflexible compared to Fresh Builder. And frankly, we have heard the same comparation about any other system, not just Visual Composer. So I am not saying that specifically Visual Composer is bad in any way, it’s a great plugin. Just saying we have something really good and that you won’t probably be looking to replace it with a different solution.

OK great – I have not yet started with your software and am happy to hear that Fresh Builder is so flexible. Once I have started to use your software I will let you know if there are any points you should market more.
About your equivalent of MegaMenu, can you also add small icons to the Menu’s page links, or adjust the speed at which the Menu drops downs etc?
BTW – your main menus do not display on mobiles very well. You cannot click the page links as they are all on top of each other (padding issue)... so maybe something you can fix!

You can add icons with custom HTML into menu item text (or anywhere else really) like this.

You can find all available font classes for all kinds of icons (we have thousands built-in) by accessing the Icon Library anywhere in Fresh Builder, click on an icon from the list and then looking at the right sidebar for “Classes” field – that’s where I got the “ff-font-awesome4 icon-home” bit from. We usually have easy one-click font pickers everywhere but “Menu” admin screen is handled directly by WordPress core itself and it’s not easy for us to change it to our liking to add things like icon pickers (like we did with Fresh Builder).
Adjusting the sub-menu opening speed can be done with custom CSS since it’s not something anyone wanted to change yet – but if there is demand, we can add it as an option easily. If you would like our help with this, please contact us on our support forum and our devs will help you with this.
Regarding the padding issue on mobile, this was already fixed yesterday in our dev environment but not yet deployed on our demo because the development branch has yet to receive a new version number that is required for the auto-deploy robot to kick in, so that’s why you still see it there. We are working on some other small things and once ready we will make give it a version number and it will deploy soon after.

The Ark already has a mega menu that you can see on our main demo here. Hover your mouse over the “PAGES” menu item in the top navigation and the mega menu will be revealed. There are also some plugins that do mega menus but I personally don’t use them so I cannot comment on which one of them is good. Please let me know if there is anything else we could help you with.

Honestly, I’m a total noob! This is my second ever theme purchase but I have used TwentyTwenty in the past to showcae before and after pictures and it works well.
