I purchased this theme over a year ago and will purchase the support extension. Before I do so, I need to know if I can import the “wine shop” demo as it fits my needs quite well. It will save me a lot of time and I can simply tweak the layout as I need. Is this possible?
Setup of the theme to match that demo is pretty much simple. No need to take the whole theme with that setup to acomplish the look. Also it wil not be the same since you would need to select your own collections in order for carousels to appear etc. also, images we used cannot be given to you due to copyright image issue. What we can do is set up the theme on your store to match that basic look and you can take it from there

Hi, no app is used on our demo store except free Shopify reviews app. Also you can use Yotpo app for reviews, everything is set for it to be used easily. I am not sure if reviews import is available for these two apps, you ca try investgating a bit about that using Google
Hello, i would like to ask you: 1/ if the theme supports square photos (250×250 for instance) for the gallery pics and square photos on the product page too 2/ how many filters can be shown on the front end- there is a limit for that or we can show for instance 10 filters ? 3/ on the product page, the various tabs can be different for each product ? if yes the information included in each tab is entered on the normal shopify window ? Hi, thanks for the interest.
1. images shown on product page are the original sizes images but set to fit the width od the column. On collection pages you can set custom crop for images so you can set it to whatever size you need.
2. Filters are using product tags and there is a limit of 1000 tags in Shopify to help better performance.
3. Yes, they can be different and you enter it on eqch product page in description fielD. Explanation is in documentation file.

1/ that means that square images are supported too on both collection pages and product pages ? just want to have this confirmed, as this is very important for us. 2/ noted thanks for this info. However, on the front end, can we have 10 filter groups shown ? (for instance in your photo you have material, occasion, price – can we have 7 more such groups)? 3/ noted, thanks ! 4/ is the theme suitable for https site ? i would like to know about it, as the demo versions are not https, and we absolutely need it to run with https without further customizations on the code.

1. On the product page we can set a different crop for you after the purchase since it would be really minor adjustment. 2. Yes you cam have as many you need. Just the complete number of tags (which are used for filters) cannot be over 1000. 4. Shopify stores are hosted by them and you can turn it on: https://help.shopify.com/manual/domains/ssl

Https is not theme related so no worries. On collection pages you can use our custom crop. Since recently Shopify have a real thumb crop as well so we can set that one as well if it suits you better. You can open a ticket on our support site after the purchase and we can help you with thumbnail sizes.

Good day. I bought this some time ago and never went live transition from another theme on Shopify as we were changing inventory. Now when I try to reload the them it Shopify is giving me an error message: “zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”
My support has expired but I have never contacted you guys or used the template so this is the first live install and first time I have contacted you. Can you advise what the problem is? Have not experienced this with other themes and did a second download just to make sure and it gave me the same error message. Yes, I am uploading the ZIP file Qrack-v1-5-4.zip into Shopify in zipped format and it goes through the usual process until I get that error message of missing files.
Hi, it looks like you are trying to upload the whole downloaded package. Unzip the package and then upload only theme zip. Please read our documentation once you unzip the package. You have detailed explanation on everything.

Hello I would like to purchase your theme but I have a few questions. I noticed the logo and the search box don’t show on the sticky menu, Do I have the option to make them show or is that the way the template is? Can the thumbnails be bigger on the product page? As for the related products on the product page, would I be able to choose related products based on tags or handles for specific product page or would that be a global setting on all the product pages?

Thanks for the interest in our theme. Currently there is no option for logo or search on the sticky menu.
Thumbnails on product gallery images are fixed size.

Does your megamenu support two levels of submenu (2 rows).I have a menu that is very long and I want to create a mega menu for it. For example my first level menu costumes has more than 20 submenus. I don’t want the menue to make a long line straight down. Is it possible to make the submenus break into different columns so they can look nice without having to create different categories or can I concatinate them. I was checking on some of the examples of people who are using your template I notice where they have long column of menu going straight down where you have to scroll the page to see all the menus. I don’t want that to happen to me.

I have a big issue with your template. I just noticed a huge bug and it needs to be fixed immediately. My related products are not showing correctly in the product page. I chose to show related products by collection and now the related products that are showing come from the brand feature collection I created instead of the regular collection that the product belongs to. Example: https://www.utrendfashion.com/products/mapale-women-mesh-thigh-highs-1094. This product belongs to “thigh high” collection and related products are showing activewear products instead of “thigh high collection”. Those activewear products belong to “Brand Espiral” collection and the thigh high product belongs to brand espiral collection as well as “Thigh High” collection. The related products should come from the main thigh high collection instead of the brand collection. How can this be fixed because this will cost me sales. I need it fix right away please.

No, bootstrap is not used but documentation of thr framework used is available. Infinite scroll has not been implemented since Shopify suggestions are 50 products per page only.

Instagram and twitter feeds no longer working.

@Beocode The mobile view on Android devices displays correctly, however it displays incorrectly on iPhones. The iPhone displays it in a non-responsive manner and requires users to scroll left and right in order to see the entire page contents. Here is the thing, when the user types in a www. before the web address, it displays correctly. It is only when the user puts the web address without the www up front that it displays incorrectly.

Hi, yes when tested with G RPS tool you can see the info. Currently we do not have a count down timer.

Under quick view we can add related products. It is not an option on the theme itself but we can add it easily on your store. Simply contact us after the purchase. On the cart page related products cannot work since we are limited by Shopify system. Only option would be to create a special category, for example, that will show products you Want. That means cart could have some promoted items. This would require our payed customization service after the ????Theme purchase.
Absolutely love this theme! Just one question, how do I make it so variants are not removed when sold out? e.g when we are out of size XL I still want it to show as an option, just “out of stock” instead of completely removed. I have a re-stock notification app I would like to use and I can’t do that currently. Thanks so much!

Hi, this theme seems very rich in content. Hopefully you will add mega-menu in the near future. Before buying I need to ask how payment gates are integrated into checkout pages in this theme. I will use PayU Turkey for example.
Megamenu is in development and will be releasing it in the next rheme update this week. Checkout pages are not under our control, with latest version we cannot even change css file to style it. For any questions about payment gateways please contact Shopify support directly.
I have to say this is a very nice theme. I bought this theme with my other account about 1 year ago. Recently I found it in my theme folder and built a featured appliances website with it easily. It is better than most of the themes that I ever used in shopify platform. This is the website that I built: CY Appliance
The only two problems for me is that this theme is built with timber framework which I am not very familiar with(although it is a very nice framework) , and for some of my projects, a mega-menu might be a required. So in my opinion, it might be nice if a timber mega-menu can be designed and added.

I purchased another theme and have consequently found it limiting in many ways and yours seems to offer all I need but just a few pre-sales questions:
1. Is it possible to add instagram feed to the home page across the width rather than just footer?
2. Can you add anything into footer?
3. i have 2 blog categories. Would this still work on your theme as noticed you only mention changing by tag – however i did see Designer Corner and Fashion so assume this could be like mine ie A – Interviews and B – News

1. There is no such option currently but we can take a look into this and implement on your store and include it in the next update.
2. You can add menus, instagram and twitter feed, newsletter and text on the places you see on our demo stores. Shopify do not offer anything dynamic, unfortunately. In case you need some extra placement for some text or code, we could add it to your store. Not sure what you would need there…
3. Blog is showing all “categories”. Home blog widget can show particular selected blog you select (interviews or news).

Maybe I answered too quickly about #3, sorry. Actually you need to place blogs as separate menu items or links in sidebar since in Shopify we cannot pull all the blogs at once but rather one by one. We are limited by the system. We are still trying to make this works somehow since customers demands it, so if we succeed at some point, theme will be updated.
Sorry guys one last question but am going to purchase this.
On the view all products/collection pages the filter results down left side (in sidebar) can this be changed for example:
Material Occasion – Could we change this to product type i.e. separates, sets, accessories Price – remove this Vendors – we are just one brand so could this be removed or done by collection type

Yes, filters can be set to anything. Those are actually product tags which you can group to get this effect like Price_$10-$50, Price_$50-$100 etc. (more on how to set it up in our detailed documentation which you will get along with the theme files).
