We have not tested that commercial plugin and hence not listed in our plugin compatible list also. It should work fine if that plugin do not overwrite WP default block and theme features or style because WordPress provide top priority to plugin code.

I have never received a ticket number…I have since tried to log in to my account and it say that I need to confirm it , but I never get any email….I have even tried `forgot`password and it never sends the password….

We have actually replied your 3 tickets on the same day but it seems we are receiving email delivery failure from your email address and that may be the reason you are not receiving account verification email also. 1. If you have enabled one page menu option in Appearance > Menus > and your menu item then it will work fine if default padding is there for your section top.

2. You can please open this file – /wp-content/themes/h-code/assets/js/main.js and find below code:

In above code you can adjust offset as per your need (for #1 item) and add below line in the array at 1st or 2nd position:

One other thing – the Visual Composer add on has most of the usual Visual Composer blocks missing. I can see all the custom ones that h-code obviously uses but how do I see the normal Visual Composer blocks?

Please make sure to select H-Code WordPress Theme instead of H-Code HTML template in the item dropdown when you create a support ticket and then it should work fine.

For your query – 404 page is not an actual page in WordPress and instead it is a WP template, so that cannot be updated using WP or VC editor but as per our demo site 404 page structure we have provided settings to manage 404 page elements like image and content.

If you mean category filters at top of the portfolio grid then yes those filters can be switched off but buttons instead of images cannot be done because those images are portfolio or blog post featured images.
