Looks like there is a bug in the Icon (Featured Item). It does not include the link in the shortcode. Anyone else?
Ok – so big ommission on the Shortcodes for Featured boxes. The ability to Link to a URL was removed (!!!??)

Hi there, thanks for noticing. Seems like this was missing in the Version 3.0 update. I’m really sorry we missed this. It has been heavy tested, but never been reported. We’ll have it fixed in next small version

I am truly impressed with the sleek design and functionality of Flatsome but very disappointed with the support.
After reading the comments and pre-sale questions, I installed the WC MarketPlace plugin. This plugin adds a button called “More Vendor” below the meta data that, when clicked, will smoothly scroll the page down to a new tab called “More Offers.”
I have tested it the Twenty Fifteen, Mystile, and Storefront and it seems to be working fine. However, FlatSome seems to be breaking through this functionality. Plugin conflict has been ruled out.
While this is clearly a theme issue the support team simply calls it a “customization, 3rd party plugin support, implementations or advanced support” and does not want to take the responsibility to fix it.
If this is truly beyond the scope of the theme support, I and others shall be aware that this plugin does not properly work with nor is it compatible with the WC Marketplace plugin, and that the author should correct pre-sale comments stating that Flatsome work with the WC MarketPlace.
Hi there, I’m really sorry about that. We’re trying to be be compatible with as many plugin as possible, but this has never been tested or requested.
Do you get any Javascript errors in your Web Console on the page you’re have the button “More vendor”?
It is a 3rd party plugin bug even if it works with other default WordPress plugins. It’s impossible to make a theme that work 100% with all plugins out there.
I understand, I only expect reasonable support. WC MarketPlace is a fairly popular plugin developed by some of the Woocommerce Developers I hear, so it should not be that hard to figure out.
I don’t get any errors, except the button does not work. When clicked, the page shutters for a moment and does not want to scroll than as it supposed to. Most of all, it freezes all other tabs.

You have done something wrong inside your Policy tab. Make sure all links HTML tags are properly closed.
I cleared the policy tab completely, the problem still exists.

Hi, is it possible to set maximum amount of reviews per page and have pagination for review ? If you have more than 10 review you have to scroll and scroll and scroll to view bottom of product page. thank you

Hi there, you only need this if you’re upgrading from Flatsome 2.x to Flatsome 3.x and if your content looks weird. It’s just a function to support old content in the new 3.x version.

I’ve mentioned this a while back though official support channel but the following issues still persist. Zooming on product images (on product pages) is still now working when using Google Chrome on Android. And sharing via WhatsApp still passes product titles url undecoded, e.g. : “Black%20Shoe (link)”

I used Flatsome for a long time, because of CSS framework issues I had not updated my theme to 3.0, but for some problems that started to appear in relation to other plugins I had to update my theme and reshape my entire site again, but I just could not Arrange the credit card flags here in Brazil after entering the card number on the payment page, which in Brazil is mandatory to have. Could such a correction be possible?

Hi. LOVE the theme. I want to put the “Write a review” box to the right like it is on this page: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/product/harissa-o-neck-sweat/?section_style I have my Product Page layout set to SECTION like that demo, but my write a review box is BELOW all of the reviews which means someone would have to scroll all the way down to find the box to write their own. How can I get it to the right?
