Hello ,

I bought the theme yesterday and now when I am putting my Purchase Code to activate the theme, the system says “Purchase code is not Valid”. Please help me out, what to do?

If I am using Magento 2+ and wanted to change my current homepage variation from homepage 5 to homepage 14, will this affect my database when I upload the complete demo?

I am not sure about your question. but You can import other demo directly in Porto- Setting Panel > Theme Installation > Import demo.

Swatches are not working after upgrading your theme version 2.4.5. Applied all the patches as well for swatches. Was working fine until the upgrade. I ran out of support but then this is something that needs to be done by default with your upgrades. So please look into this issue for us. Appreciated. Thank you very much.

1. The problem with color swatches: Color swatches is core functionality of Magento default. This feature should work well with your default site in case you sure this is theme issue. It may be a problem with your color attribute. Try to Save color attribute may help in this case. We will also check it again

2. Regarding the icon, i mentioned you that Porto supports its font icon here http://newsmartwave.net/magento/porto/icons_list/demo.html . And you can add more icons on http://fontello.com.

You can import /skin/frontend/smartwave/porto/icons/config.json file on fontello.com, then download your custom fonts and replace all files and directories in /skin/frontend/smartwave/porto/icons/ directory.

Where is your icon getting, pls? Please kindly check the comment in ticket

1. Ridiculous reply again – please check the whole ticket since beginning – It worked well with default magento and your theme as well. I was on version 2.4.2 of your theme and it was working fine and once I updated to 2.4.6 – it changed – Please have a proper look into it. It is not displaying the color of the swatch on category page – showing image of product instead. It is showing on the product page as colors but not changing the product when clicked on the swatch – go to my website and check the functionality properly. I have attached all the screenshots in detail.

2. You do not understand my query – Please check my ticket again about what I mentioned about the icon class. I replaced the icon class – icon-mini-cart to icon-cart to change it from a bag icon to trolley/cart icon. It changed to the trolley icon but the alignment is not right. And the link I got the icon is the link you sent me in the previous response in the ticket – http://newsmartwave.net/magento/porto/icons_list/demo.html

We are checking your problems again and will show you extractly what/where the issue is.

We dont understand extractly what the problem is happening to you. But the 1 star rating here is unfair. All basic features which are neccessary for a online store, did include with the options in theme panel, you no need to enter the code or edit theme files. But Magento its self will require some minor HTML knowledge if you want to edit the CMS page or block. However, this is not a problem, you can raise a ticket, and ask the help from our team,

Demo 8 for Magento 1.9.2.x is broken I have had to wait 2 days because the support staff couldn’t input a password correctly, either through the obvious copy/pasting a space character or other simply stalling for time. As the product is not as described and has a urgent Magento breaking bug I will be giving them exactly 1 more day to fix a error that should of been fix as a beta test, as the product description states that the theme is 1.9.2.4 compatible and I have evidence to the contrary. This is an expensive theme and should not expect this level of customer support.

The Bug: Installed Magento Porto Theme as instructions. After Adding block permissions at this point System-> Configuration-> PORTO ->Porto Settings Panel “Can SAVE” I could save the configuration, then added the demo content Import static blocks Import CMS pages and Import demo 8 theme at this point “Cannot SAVE”. Example the newsletter popup can no longer be disabled. I reinstalled everything except the demo theme 8 so you can see the effect of added the theme and then the newsletter popup settings not saving.

The bug fix from Yen: Note it takes 1 day for reply + 2 days to go back and forth for the logins and understand the bug + further 2 days left a comment on Themeforest which was answered quickly, day 5 made a request for refund as it was still not working attempted calling on Skype. Made a second attempt on Skype Yen does not take voice calls only text messages. Screen shared I then full install installatron Magento 1.9.2.4 + 1. Porto Theme.zip 2. Porto Theme(patch for Configurable Swatches).zip 3. Porto Theme(patch for Magento 1.9.2.x).zip Added the Block permissions etc all to the documentation which did result in a bug unfortunately.

FIXED: Goto Magento 1.9.2.4->System->Configuration-> PORTO >Porto Settings Panel>Customization Settings-> Custom Style 1

Remove the following:-

This is a single license so they recommend you setup dev environment on same server under subdomain or subdirectory as the licensed domain.

Hello, in category page what is the difference between “Include in Navigation Menu: yes or not” and “Hide This Menu Item: yes or not”?

If Include in the Navigation Menu to Yes, that means your category will show on main menu, if not, it will be hidden from main menu

Im about to buy this theme, but I do have one question. Qhere is Zeon extension? You claim it is supported by this theme, I dont doubt it, but I tried to see the extension working and I cant find it anywhere in the internet. Magento Connect doesnt have it. So if this extension is off the market why support it? why not others that are free as well?

Hi I thinik you didnt got my statment. Im saying that zeo extension isnt available anymore. You claim that the extension is supporterd by the theme, good.. where is the extensions? is it buldle with the theme files or do we have to get it by our own? Thats my question.

I noticed that for product review the table has a header showing the #of stars, (1star, 2stars, 3stars, 4stars, 5stars) however, this header disappear in mobile version leaving the customer confused in which side is the 5 stars right or left.

so how can I make the header appear in mobile version ?

you are saying that even if I had too many problems and compatibility errors, there is no way to have my money back?!!

Hello i have downloaded the new files and i tried to install the theme according to the instructions. i have a fresh install of magento 2.1.3 , after i do all the steps the smartwave icon doesn’t show up in the menu. i went to websetup—> components . i noticed that the layered navigation is disabled , and there is another component with no name that is disabled , after investigating the issue i have found out that the disabled component with no name is the smartwave component and apparently magento didn’t register it or something like that .

Now when i try to enable the nameless component (smartwave) it fails , when i enable the other mageplaze layered nav the site crashes . i will install a new instance of magento and the theme so you can take a look . how to fix this ???
