Love the theme you guys but I was wondering how do I get rid of the floating Appliqué sign on the left side of the beauty theme blog. Is there away to change the name or delete it completely?
hi you can replace it with your own logo via customizer -> header -> logo. if you want to delete it you can add this to custom css

if you only want the craft customizer setting you can import this json file via wp-admin -> appearance -> import customizer

Okay so I have still been unsuccessful installing the about me on the actual home page (it shows on every page BUT that one) also adding the widgets to set up the template to look like the home page of “Craft.” Please help. I am spending so much time trying to figure out the layout.

hi, we have a custom css field in the customizer you can add your css there and it will overwrite the default styling. if you need help to find the class please send me your site’s URL and screenshot to guide me.

Hi there. I purchased your theme and it is really nice, but I have a problem with the comments, it only shows the comments for the latest post and not for other posts. I am using Disqus for my comments, but I disabled all plugins and changed to a standard theme and still no difference. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, I will sum the main issues that we have right now.
1. When using the following css:
.single-post .xwidthx { width: 1059px; }
the horizontal images quality is getting poor. The images are being stretched instead of using its full size or custom size.
2. What’s my current width of the content on blog post? Fullwidth 8 columns or 12 columns? If the above problem with horizontal image quality cannot be resolved would it be possible to use 8 columns fullwidth? Here is an example: http://dahz.daffyhazan.com/applique/outfit/the-blues/ This way the horizontal images would be fine. I used the following article: http://support.daffyhazan.com/knowledgebase/how-to-make-full-width-sidebar-less-single-post-page/ to try and change the fullwidth but nothing happens.

I know my support has expired but can you please please still help?? I have 2 questions and I’ve tried everything to figure it out…...asking you is my last option.
1. I am unable to figure out how to set the 3 cateogories (and their photos) in the side bar widget area. It says “This parameter takes a comma-separated list of categories by unique ID, in ascending order.” but no matter what I do I cannot get it to work. I’ve added the correct photos into the categories section with the quick edit, but still only 1 category button labeled “general” with NO photo shows up on the actual page. 2. Can you tell me the correct/exact size for photos to fit perfectly for the featured category “single full width” slider option? I’ve tried a few different options that are either too big or too small. Thank you so much!
hi 1. this is our setting for the widget https://s24.postimg.org/bflib25rp/image.png, you need to change the category ID with the ID of your category that you want to display there, dont forget to add the images first from wp admin -> posts -> categories.
2. the container size for fullwidth slider is 1873×658
HI again, the info you sent about changing the category ID still isn’t clear. How do I give it a unique ID? I still am unable to get the correct categories to show up in the widget.

hi, you need to migrate to your own host and use the wordpress.org version. you wont be able to install applique (or any theme in themeforest) to wordpress.com. hope that helps, let me know if you have other question.

hello, you can go to Customizer > Typography, at the first of it you can see Heading Font Type( for setting heading font family ) and Heading Font Weight( to set heading font thickness ), those two field is to set heading font for post and featured image, just fill the box with the font style that you want

Is it possible to insert a FB like button in the bottom of posts and excerpt? I have tried to do it, but it just displays the same amount of likes on every post. I dont want to use a plugin, but want to insert the button manually.
no, unfortunately we dont have option to do this. you need to make customization to the theme files if you dont want to use plugin.

Hi, this theme looks great. On the site everything looks good, but I noticed on the mobile device the text in the post goes edge to edge. There is no margin at all. How can I correct this?

1. Is it possible to change the background colour of the header and footer?
2. Is there a provision to add a pop-up box at the bottom right (either timed or after a certain scroll length has been reached)?
3. Can the widget placeholder and tiles be customised and moved to a different position on the page?

3. no, widget area is limited and predefined. you can check our demos to see where you can put it.

Hi, I have a quick pre-purchase question: I noticed that all of the posts’ featured images are cropped to squares in the 2- or 3-column and list layouts. Would there be a way to either (a) display the image in its original dimensions (no cropping) or (b) select different crop dimensions?

if you want all post to be like that you will need to adjust few code too. by changing from square to full image size.

Hello, I found a problem in the responsive design in the demo Applique Outfit. When you are in a resolution of 1500×768, the 6 images under the header (full width images) doesn’t fit into their box, exactly the two large images, not the 4 small ones. Thanks!

im not sure as i never tested the plugin, but from their documentation seems you’d want to add it in the pagination file : themes\applique\functions\paginations.php
